We enjoyed the ITC amenities, service and food. Special mention to Monica who brought us for the Chola walk within ITC and impressed us about Chola history significance and the effect and impact it had on the structure and foundation of the ITC Hotel, Chennai.

Loved, this hotel, friendly staff. Huge property, variety of breakfast. Spacious rooms. The only thing lacking was a safe and a fridge.

It is the largest five-star chain in India. I stayed there a few years ago. The front desk service was as usual, professional, friendly and fast. I was given a quiet room on a high floor. The breakfast was rich enough. There were a lot of people because we were at a company meeting. But it did not affect the quality of service. The porters were very enthusiastic, and a receptionist in a dress remembered me. I left for an afternoon flight. After a late check-out, I stayed by the pool for a few hours. It was very pleasant.

Hotel used to be good back then. But recently it has become rundown. Many broken items in room especially the toilet looks old. There was no minibar. Service can be improved. Since the price was high, expecting a much better experience. Hope a renovation would be done in order to maintain its brand.
