King bed room with sofa pullout. Two adults and 2 kids. The sofa bed had no bedding for it. When I asked for extra pillows to be brought up, the front desk told me I would have to come get them because they are not a full service hotel. Then told me the absolute max I could get was 2 pillows and that was even a struggle....even though the pullout came with zero. So we were forced to use 6 completely unsupportive soft pillows for 4 of us and provide our own blankets for the pull out bed for the kids. Hotel advertises free wifi but when you get there you can't get it unless you join their loyalty club. No free breakfast, not even continental. Budget amenties and services at a mid-range price. Not one of Marriott's better hotels.

We were so pleased with this hotel! We will be staying here again for sure! We stayed intge King Suite with Jacuzzi in the room and it was huge! Ww were actually shocked when we walked in the room! We were tgere for a family reunion and everyone we brought there were equally shocked by the size of the room. It was very deceptive from the outside. The hotel could've used a little bit of updating, but was very comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff were kind and polite. The pool was super clean and nice and warm. Our room had a sitting area with a sofa and 2 chairs, big enough to have family in to sit and visit. It was, all in all, one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time.

I chose this hotel based on the location and great reviews. However, the rooms are humid, musty and moldy. The first room had mold on the ceiling and the musty smell was so strong that we asked for a different room. The next room seemed better, but still smelled musty. The carpet felt sticky and damp and the next day we noticed there was mold in the pictures on the walls. We were on the first floor, I’m not sure how other floors compare. During our stay I received a text message from the hotel asking how my stay was going, when I responded negatively and explained why, I didn’t get a response back. Now I’ve looked closer at other reviews and found that this has been an issue at this hotel for years. They are clearly aware of it but haven’t come up with a way to fix it. Everything else about the hotel was great. Acceptably clean, nice pool, decent breakfast, free cookies and water bottles, very friendly and helpful staff. I feel bad to leave a negative review because everything else was great, but the musty smell in the room was so bad I couldn’t wait to check out.

Great location next to entertainment. Clean rooms, though a bit dated. Check in was smooth. Service wasn't very responsive when asked for pillows or a missing remote. Never got a remote for a two night stay. Pillows never delivered first night after going to the front desk to ask for them.

My daughter and I stayed here during a soccer tournament over Labor Day weekend. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean. The parking garage is a great parking option. The location was very convenient to the highway. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

While this hotel has a great location once the 4am traffic starts you'll hear it depending on your room location. This hotel is right on 64, we were in room 326 & traffic was our alarm clock. I would certainly stay here again opting for a room as far away from 64 as possible! Breakfast isn't included ~ they do have a hot & cold buffet you can pay for ~ save your money & head to The Original Pancake House instead! I used Priceline to book our stay. The rate, including tax & fees was still cheaper than the hotels website even w/my Hilton rewards :( Marleena checked me in and was fantastic!

The cleanliness, quiet, comfort, and breakfast all receive a 5/5. The front desk availability of the staff gets a 3/5. We checked in Friday night, and there were a lot of hockey players in the lobby eating together. You would think a staff member would be at the front desk, but we waited for a while and finally pushed the button; someone came out from the back with zero apologies to check us in. We returned later that evening and wanted to purchase some refrigerated items. Again, no staff member, we waited, and finally pushed the button. Someone came out from the back again. There is clearly no one watching a camera. The next night we returned again and still no one at the front desk. The morning of checkout, I was walking over to check out (very busy breakfast and lots of people in that area), and the front desk person was wandering away from the desk to the back office area. The room was very clean, the bedding was clean and comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything was operational that I used (did not try the TV or appliances). My room was refreshed after my first night. The breakfast was fully stocked both mornings with many items. The main complaint was that there was never anyone at the front desk.
