tasteeeffocHighly recommend this hotel! It's located in the Sathorn area, and getting around with Bolt is very convenient. The hotel offers free shuttle services to One Bangkok and the BTS station, and on weekends, there's also a shuttle to Iconsiam.
This time, I booked a family connecting room on the 22nd floor, and it was incredibly spacious! The room came with a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The connecting room also had three TVs, perfect for watching the World Cup final!
The hotel breakfast on the 37th floor was fantastic! They offered a great variety of Chinese, Western, and Thai dishes, with different options each day. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Guest UserThe location is great, right next to the BTS. The room was spacious, and it was especially nice to share it with my family. The facilities were excellent too; the fridge was cold enough for us to buy fruits and desserts the day before we left for Hong Kong and store them. We packed them in ice packs for the journey back.

Emilie_ZSince I was only staying for three nights, which really meant two full days, I was prepared for a small room and didn't mind, as my schedule was packed and I'd only be sleeping there. Upon arrival, the room wasn't actually that small; it was pretty standard for a budget hotel, though the bathroom shower stall was indeed quite tiny. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and polite, greeting me every time I came and went. In particular, the slightly plump (no offense intended) front desk lady who checked me in was all smiles and enthusiastically explained the facilities and the free shuttle boat. The slim, kind, and friendly night-shift security guard, an older gentleman, was quick to help with my luggage, leaving a fantastic impression.
If there was one tiny flaw, it was on my last morning when I checked out at 7 AM. There was only one delicate, Lin Daiyu-like front desk lady whose voice was so faint I had to lean in to hear her. Her movements were incredibly elegant (read: slow), and there were no other staff around. This single 'Lin Daiyu' slowly went up to the room herself to check it for a long time, then printed a slip for me to sign before finally processing my deposit refund at a snail's pace. She had no expression the entire time, just a cold face. Later, I saw her maintain the same sullen expression when checking out a white mother and daughter pair; perhaps that's just her natural demeanor. In Thailand, you do have to lower your expectations for efficiency a bit.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. For this price, they even included a one-hour sightseeing boat trip on the Chao Phraya River. What more could you ask for? 😂

Guest UserThis hotel offers great value for money 🏨, and the service is excellent. The front desk and staff are very welcoming and patiently answer any questions. The rooms are cleaned daily and kept tidy, and amenities are replenished promptly. It's very close to the BTS station, making public transportation convenient. We took the BTS twice, but mostly relied on Grab for taxis. It's a bit far from older attractions like the Grand Palace. We didn't book breakfast this time, but the hotel front desk has complimentary green apples 🍏 available all day, and you can also get bottled water from the front desk before heading out. Overall, we're satisfied. Marriott is right next door.
