don’t know how to review this hotel but my room was charged 200 bahts during checking out. They said that we made a lost of their one slipper. We didn’t even take it and I thought it was lost when the cleaner came to clean our room the day before I checked out. I didn’t want to miss my flight at those time, so I didn’t have much time to argue with receptionist. I paid her 200 bahts. It’s her job and she seems like no sense of responsibility. She said if we didn’t pay her, she’s the one who paid what is lost because she did the report. All the facilities are good there but I won’t ever go to stay there again. If you don’t want to meet this like me, better not let the cleaner come to clean the room and also please check out the room clearly before you leave and go to check out the room at least 2 hours before you leave the hotel. So if there’s any problems, you can argue with them freely.

The biggest plus point of little lanna is that the rooms are good hygienic. I personally found it also a pleasant spacious (saw) shower. Unfortunately, after 4 nights no cleaning or new towels have been brought through. I must admit that I didn't ask for it. The hostel is at the end of a long walking street full of hostels. Pluspoint is that this is quiet but for some restaurants you need to walk a bit. This is good to do because the city centre of Chiang Mai is about 10 to 15 minutes walking. Tip: locals eat from the street to the corner of a parking place where they place tents and seats every evening. However, we did not. The breakfast is only from 8 a.m. and at that time we were unfortunately on the way, so we were transferred to other places at 10 minutes walking. As the last one, there was almost always a lady at the reception that didn't speak a word English. So if you wanted to ask something, she called her boss' help and we'd get out of it.

5 stars hostel with 1 star price! The hostel location is perfect, there are few convenient stores within 1 min walk (7-11, Lotus). The opened air satieties that consist of few famous stalls (Suki Koka, Chang Phuek Pork Leg Rice) also within 1 min walking distance. The room is specious, clean, bed is comfortable! There is no complaint on the facilities and room, nearly perfect! Additionally, the hostel staff are very helpful and friendly. Nine helped me with check in and assisted me to rent a motorbike. She is kind and lovely, kudos to her! Without any doubt, I will definitely come back whenever I visit Chiang Mai.

The well-designed room is nice, neat and clean in a good location. It’s in a busy neighborhood but very quiet in room. Hotel provides soap, shampoo, towels, cap and toothbrush along with toothpaste. At lobby, they provide free mini bar service 24/7 with a modern swimming pool. Most importantly, i love how they prepare 2 high quality pillows in bed. It costs only 800 thai baht per night. That’s truly affordable. I couldnt have better nights there. The cons of staying here is parking lot. Someday it’s full and hard to organize space to park, especially car during weekends.

It is a budget hostel. next to the Chang Puak Gate Very good service staff The rooms and areas in the hotel are clean. Upstairs there is a pool bar for relaxing or doing activities. In the morning, breakfast is bread and tea and coffee. Service at the bottom. WiFi signal is strong. Disadvantages The bathroom is not very clean. The swimming pool above as far as it looks clean, but often has dust and cigarette fragments from the Bar blown into the pool, making it look unclean. Cigarette plates should not be placed in the pool area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay at ISTY. It's set in a neighborhood that felt safe to walk around in (though beware that there are no sidewalks in most of Chiang Mai so you have to be careful), and we really enjoyed nearby food stalls each evening as well as a full night market by the north gate. (By the way, there's vegetarian food at the far east side. And there are a couple of vegetarian eateries within walking distance, though I think only during lunch.) The rooms are basic (think shelves but not dressers) but clean and comfortable; beds are Thai style so firm. The co-working/meal area is fabulous, as is the rooftop bar; we spent a lot of time in the outdoor co-working/pool area but either wore long clothes or sprayed against mosquitoes (there were just a few, and an herbal rather than Deet spray was sufficient). The pool is gorgeous but shaded and on the cold side so we mainly looked at it haha. It was getting smoky as February went on (thank goodness for a couple fluke rainstorms that cleared the air for a few days), and there didn't seem to be much air filtration so our eyes were stinging even in our room--but I think that's true elsewhere throughout the region too.

One of the best hostel - feels like home. My biggest regret is not staying here for a long time. The receptionist, Fai, was very helpful. She can give you the best food recommendations. I also asked her for the tour what she recommended was 50% cheaper than those tour online. She also helped me book a car to the airport 11/10 for this receptionist. As for the hostel itself, I like the ambience like it’s a good place to live. The bed and blankets are comfortable. I like the lighting and the white walls. They also clean every day. There are free candies, too! I also enjoy having conversation with the people here. I will come back soon! P.S. It’s a great location. Near convenient stores and temples.

It's an excellent hotel. Both in service and upgrading the room to a large, comfortable family room with a cute reading corner. TV corner, Netflix service, excellent customer care Warm welcome from the staff The place to sleep is comfortable, quiet, no noise. Excellent clean It is recommended to stay here for the whole family, as a couple, or if you want a backpacker atmosphere, you will have more friends. Breakfast and shared kitchen are available for backpacker for single and family rooms. There is a private kitchen and a private bathroom in the room. Comfortable, the place walks out to find food, restaurants, markets. Near the bar, near the mall, near the temple. Highly recommended here.

There are two buildings in the villa. On the second floor of the main building are two double-bed rooms and one standard room. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The second floor of another building has two rooms, one is a suite, and the other has three beds. The whole villa is very large and can accommodate many people. For breakfast, we bought the ingredients ourselves and ate it in the garden. The villa also provided milk juice and various spices. The butler was also very caring. We also booked a BBQ the next day, one thousand baht per person. It was very hearty and tasted great. This stay was really great.

QUU Hotel in Chiang Mai was the best hotel by far we have stayed in during our holiday in Thailand. The staff are fantastic and helpful and go out of their way to help you and make your stay one to remember. The rooms are almost brand new, large in size, clean and very modern and stylish. The breakfast is generous and fresh, and their cafe and coffee is also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Chiang Mai, and now wished we’d stayed in Chiang Mai at the QUU hotel longer than the 4 nights we booked. It is incredible value for what you pay. We’ll definitely be back to stay!
