Its located in a quiet area of Chiang Mai old town, close to food places and bus stops. The room is well kept, shower is very nice and theres a heated option too! And AC if you need it. The sunrise is also super cool from the 3rd floor. Its also family owned with a nice seating area on the second floor. 10/10

The room was ok, but it's very hard without air-conditioning! Worth the price. No shower gel as mentioned in the reservation tho

Location is great, near many attractions but calm and quiet. The rooms are big enough for two people and it seemed really safe

big problem - trip.com said AIRCON in the room amenities (fan double room was the room type).............but I had to pay extra !!!!!!!!!!!!

The price is very cheap so can't expect much more service, very close to night walking street, and close to bar zone, a good place for stay to discover night life.

I had to move to a new accommodation because my neck was so bad. One side of the bed was so low that my back hurt. Even though it is an old town, it is a quiet place. But why. It was frustrating that there was no soap and shampoo in the bathroom. There are towels.

It's close to Tha Pae Gate and there's a convenience store nearby. The only amenities provided are towels and toilet paper. You'll need to bring your own shampoo. The room is a typical cheap hotel with a window facing the hallway, and the only fan is non-oscillating, so it's a bit hot. Still, it's good value for money, and I'm grateful that they let me check in even though I arrived in the morning. The Sunday market is also nearby, so be sure to check it out.

The location is very good. It's a short walk to the road alone. It's clean, but it's a pity there's no water available.

The guesthouse is located in a quiet location. The only amenities in the room are a fan. For four nights they never offered to clean the room. For that kind of money it's basically ok.
