This hotel is amazing!My room had a stunning view, a pool on the roof, which my children loved, and an even better view. The staff was very welcoming, I can say that they do everything to make it happen to keep the client happy.I want to mention the man at the reception by name Trun Duc Trong. I am definitely glad that I chose this hotel and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. It is a 15 minute walk to the sea, there are no people on the beach, it is just paradise. I spent a long time choosing between hotels, and chose this one based on the price, I decided that I would rather spend more on entertainment than on a hotel. And I am simply delighted that for such an inexpensive the price, the hotel is simply 5 stars.I am sure that if you diversify your breakfast menu to a more varied one, you will become even better.

The room is clean, only the downside is electrical sockets are not near the working table, a bit inconvenient if you need to work on a laptop.

The room is an upgraded sea view room at the back! The bed is big. I really like to communicate in basic English. The colleagues in the hotel are also very nice! Very comfortable,

I liked the hotel. It is located on a hill. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the city beach, the same to the amusement park, and 10 minutes to the port by car. We were greeted very warmly, the staff is friendly, helps with everything, speaks English. The room is clean, comfortable, has everything you need. There is a small pool on the roof, where you can also order coffee, juices, and have a good time. The breakfast is delicious)

After 10pm, I came to get the room, and checked out at 7am the next morning. The bed was comfortable, the view and space were ok, there was a buffet breakfast, in Ha Long, the price was less than 600k, and having a room like that was delicious.

The hotel is clean, new, and fragrant. Cleaning service is done every day. I arrived 2 hours earlier than check-in time, but the receptionist supported early check-in. However, the swimming pool has a small capacity, the breakfast buffet is delicious, diverse dishes, and attentive service. The hotel's Duplex room with sea view for 1 million/night did not disappoint me. It's great The plus point is that the hotel is very close to the sea, only 1.3km from the sea, the surrounding area is quiet because it is near the hill. If you want to be bustling, go to the street. I came to Ha Long on a rainy day, I felt quite sorry, on a sunny day I will return to Thai Ha.

The room facilities and bathroom are clean and hygienic, and the scenery outside the window is also very beautiful. The overall feeling is warm. Parking is also very convenient. It is worth recommending and will arrange to stay here next time.

They came into the room to clean whenever they wanted, even without you asking. Breakfast is not a buffet if there are not enough people, they make you choose from a set menu that they consider. The skybar is not operational, at least in the five days we have been there. We asked once for drinks and I am still waiting for it.
