"Hotel was nice and fresh. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. A note to travelers: there is a roof-top Jacuzzi that requires scheduling at least 1 hour in advance, so that the staff can turn it on to temperature."

"The rooms are clean, the equipment is simple and stylish, but the breakfast is really too simple and there is nothing to eat. In this day and age, people still use instant coffee. There is a coffee cup on the table. Do you have to take the cup to the dining counter to pour the coffee yourself? A bit weird. Fortunately, the restaurant waiters were friendly and diligent."

"The hotel is located in a remote area. One of the two pools was out of order, which we weren't told about when we booked. And the worst thing was the cockroaches in the room. I only managed to photograph one, but there were many more. The room was on the floor below the lounge. That's a five-star rating."

"It was good hotel especially beding was so good. Very cozy. We can rent a bike that was useful . Hotel Nas swimming pool and private beach they eun electronic car they take us and return back, too. It was si nice. They gave me informations about booking limousine therefore I can easily move other places Breakfast was nice. But so many people crowded IIt was like a market. But food was nice. Totally It was good experience."

"Went with my parents ~ the room is massive with 2 toilets ! The view is incredible and the pool is also great ! Even it is a bit far from city centre I love the location, it’s near local shops and market. If you want to explore more local stuff , would recommend you stay here. Just one upset thing about this place, few staffs got really sick with chesty cough but they still work in reception and also the dining hall without mask on and non stop coughing ( which this is really bad as cough near the food ) hope they can improve more on this part."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The rooftop offered a beautiful view, and the restaurant had a good selection of meals. The overall vibe of the hotel was lovely.However, I must express my disappointment regarding the fire alarm that went off multiple times during the early morning hours without any explanation. This was quite disruptive to my stay.Despite this issue, I highly recommend this hotel. On a separate note, I visited the spa next to the hotel, 'Nature,' and while the services were excellent, I was shocked to learn about their labor practices. It's disheartening to know that the staff relies solely on tips without receiving a proper salary. Offering expensive services without fair compensation for the employees is unacceptable and tarnishes the experience of an otherwise enjoyable stay at the hotel. Many people go there, but they are supporting this labor exploitation."

"The hotel is relatively new, the staff mentioned it had only opened about two months ago. The team is well-trained and service-oriented, which made a positive impression. Upon arrival, my family and I were welcomed with a complimentary drink, which was much appreciated after a nearly four-hour journey from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. It was a warm and thoughtful gesture that set the tone for a good customer experience. Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was modern and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment with a nice balcony offering views of both the city and Ha Long Bay. We enjoyed breakfast and also tried the sandwiches at the hotel — the food was decent with nothing to complain about. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, adding to the convenience. All in all, it’s a great option for a relaxing staycation with family or friends."

"Wonderful 2 nights stay at the DelaSea hotel. What I enjoyed most was the staff as they were all so caring and helpful. Highly professional. From the reception with Hoa taking special care of me not to mention ”Alice” and the others. Same at the restaurant. From the manager to the supervisors to the staff. I can't name them all here but they made my stay very special. Food was really good. Staff attention was ”phenomenal”. The room was great (I got one on the top floors facing the bay) and despite being a very noise sensitive person I slept very well. No loud music noise (it was on a weekend early November). The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was not noisy though very efficient. Good shower. I did not use the swimming pool but it looked great. By the way I was told that taking photos from the bay at sunset from the swimming pool is ”the thing to do” :) I can only praise the staff and the management for the wonderful hospitality even when super busy with big groups (which was the case during my stay). Based on my personal experience I definitely highly recommend the DelaSea hotel and it will be my choice next time I am in Ha Long."
