YYouminiBecause my flight itinerary was booked in advance, I later found out that most cruise hotels require you to arrive at the port by 12 PM. Unfortunately, my flight arrived in Hanoi in the afternoon. So, based on the hotel's suggestion, I opted for a tiring journey: after getting off the plane and clearing customs, I rented a car directly to the pier, then took a speedboat to find the parked cruise hotel. It turns out that if you only have one night, a Ha Long Bay cruise hotel is definitely worth experiencing. It's a new establishment, so the facilities are all new, the environment is great, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!

HHonglianshennanhuoI booked a one-bedroom executive twin room. This hotel is very large with many rooms. I checked in during the Chinese New Year, and the hotel was almost empty; I was the only guest on my entire floor. The room facilities were complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. There were also two TVs. Downstairs, the hotel offers free bicycle rentals, which are great for getting to the beach. The downside of the hotel is that the surrounding area is quite desolate.

GGuest UserInitially, when we first arrived, I didn't really understand what kind of place it was. There is a construction site around, fences on the way to the beach, a disco on the beach at night, to which we didn't immediately understand how to get. But then I appreciated all the advantages of the location of this hotel. 5 minutes in one direction and you are in the European restaurant Papa's. 5 minutes in the other and you are on the beach with a shower. There are several supermarkets nearby, if you need to buy more, you can take a taxi to Winmart. Of the entertainment nearby attractions, you can also try yourself in a nearby casino, and go on a sea cruise on Halong Bay. Just wonderful. We wanted to stay for a week, but we decided to extend our stay for more. The fact that many hotels around are closed is wonderful! But the beach is empty, by the way, no sand fleas were found on it. And a lot of cafes and restaurants with delicious food in any direction of the coast. We didn't make a mistake with the choice of place! As for the staff and the hotel itself, it is very friendly and polite. Cleanliness is fine, but I don't advise eating in the room so that there are no midges. There is water in the shower dripping on the floor in the toilet, but for this I will not lower the rating, for me this minus is insignificant. The beds are hard, but not a problem: in the closet you will find additional blankets that you can put for softness. In general, my recommendations! I'm glad we've been here

EErdenetuyaThe hotel is well located within sea shore. You can walk and reach the Ha Long bay shore in 10 minutes. Breakfast is delicious with pho soup, english breakfast and yogurt. Seemed a bit pricey comparing to similar hotels around this area considering our budget.

One highlight was the breakfast, delicious, well-prepared, and a great way to start the day. Combined with the overall service and setting, it felt like excellent value for money.

GGuest UserRoom is superb clean. Facilities are good. Location wise is far from tuan chau harbour & Bay chai harbour. Do not trust the transport that arrange by hotel's lady! Is not even taxi nor hotel's car, is a personal car who trying to charge high price. (1) We requested hotel to pick us up at 14km away from. Pre-comunicate via WhatsApp is 200k vnd, and when we arrived hotel, the guy intend to charge us 250k vnd but lastly we show him supporting proof & called hotel then only allowed 200vnd. (1) we also ask the hotel lady to book taxi from hotel to 6.1km away for where our bus pick us. Same guy again, with same trick. We ask the lady how much will be the cost , she ask us not to worry as is meter will 1km 12k vnd. Then we insist and the price range then she mentioned range 100k-150k. When end of the trip. We are asking to pay for 150k vnd without using meter. Conclusion, very nice & clean hotel but do not ask hotel reception for taxi. Or if want, insist them to book a proper taxi for u with pre-agree price. Not personal type car.

XXintianshizhiyiThe first stop in Vietnam, very good. First of all, the front desk guy (Xin) communicates smoothly in Chinese, and he is very nice and enthusiastic! Second, the hotel is non-smoking, which is very friendly to young ladies traveling with children or those who don't like the smell of smoke. Third, the internal facilities of the hotel are reasonably set up, and the supporting facilities have Chinese prompts! The room layout is comfortable! I will consider Royal Halong Hotel next time!

CChekhovalexОтель милый, много одноразовых ништяков, тихо и спокойно. Район очень хороший. Напротив гора Поем. Кровать большая и удобная, в номере есть все удобства. Внизу есть кафе, но когда оно открывается, я не понял, мы были там всего ночь, и только к выезду в аэропорт проснулся хозяин.
Заранее просили заказать нам трансфер в аэропорт, вроде бы даже на это отреагировали позитивно, но никакого трансфера, конечно, не было.
За ту цену, что мы заплатили, очень круто!

The price is cheap, 144. There are quite a lot of guests staying in the hotel, including Europeans and Koreans. The hotel is quite popular. Support support.

What we liked.
The rooms was great and the vessel was stable.
What we didn’t like
It’s quite boring on board due to lack of facilities.
Consider placing some board games., pool table or gaming machines.
Wifi sucks.. please install starlink !!
There is nothing else onboard other than the dinning hall.
Coffee and tea, water are extra payable during meal times. Come on… at least have the decency to give free. For alcohol and soft drinks we understand it’s chargeable.
Come to the 2nd day we were ushered into another day vessel while the main vessel had to go back to drop off and pick up passengers whom booked 2D1N packages and we see new faces when we returned to the main vessel Venus.
Food wise, it was plentiful but not tasty, quality was mediocre. The lamb chuck we had on 1st day was like rubber.
Overall would not do this again as this is just a tourist mechanic machine.
2D1N or day trip would be more suitable.
