XXiaolvluo☘️Ha Long Bay is beautiful, and the cruise cabin was very comfortable. The food was also delicious, from the welcome drink to the buffet lunch, afternoon tea, Vietnamese spring rolls, and dinner from appetizers to desserts, breakfast, and brunch... I felt like I was constantly eating! 😆 (That chicken noodle soup in the picture was especially tasty~) The cruise itinerary was well-planned, and the activities were plentiful. Two of the crew members were incredibly enthusiastic and even doubled as tour guides, taking great care of everyone. There was also a young lady who spoke a bit of simple Chinese. I had a wonderful time! 😃

TThe Sean FamilyThe cruise is very nice and clean. The room is spacious and has very nice view. The service is good. They have activities for guests to enjoy like kayaking, cooking class, and dark and bright cave visit. The food provided is somehow decent for me comparing to the price I paid. For 2 days 1 night, they provided a buffet lunch, a set menu dinner and light breakfast and brunch on Day 2. But overall, it was a good experience.

KKuangkuangkelisiFive-star review! A flawless hotel, truly satisfied. The greeter helped carry our luggage all the way to the room without expecting a tip. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication easy. Check-in was handled with a warm smile and clear explanations. There are plenty of places to explore nearby. Breakfast was satisfying, and the pho was delicious. The pool is fantastic, with amazing infinity views. Our room was clean and spacious. Very happy overall! Highly recommend for anyone staying in Ha Long Bay, it's just a 10-minute taxi ride to the pier.

HHonglianshennanhuoI booked a one-bedroom executive twin room. This hotel is very large with many rooms. I checked in during the Chinese New Year, and the hotel was almost empty; I was the only guest on my entire floor. The room facilities were complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. There were also two TVs. Downstairs, the hotel offers free bicycle rentals, which are great for getting to the beach. The downside of the hotel is that the surrounding area is quite desolate.

GGuest UserThe staff's teamwork was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. Dan's leadership, easy-to-understand English, and desire to make everyone enjoyable were evident. Winter's kindness was also very evident. The food was delicious, and most importantly, I made many friends. Sitting next to someone during dinner, conversation flowed naturally. The staff members at the after-dinner karaoke competition were really lively, and I thoroughly enjoyed just watching. They sang all kinds of songs, and it was super funny. The early morning tai chi was also designed to help everyone bond. The activities and options, including kayaking and mountain climbing (lol), were all fun. There were no Japanese people on board. If you got tired, you could take a break in your room on board, and the view from the ship was magnificent and relaxing. The squid fishing experience, foot bath, coffee, tea, and fruit service were all great. Everyone on board was well-off, both mentally and financially (probably financially), so I was able to relax safely. At the diving spots, there were many people diving off the boat, and they were all respectable customers who regularly do strength training, swim, or exercise on a daily basis. I think the price was also reasonable. If you're visiting northern Vietnam, I recommend the three-day, two-night Halong Bay cruise with Hera Boutique.

OooiyitungGreat place to just enjoy the beach and hotel facilities! We were lucky to be there (end Nov) when there was hardly anyone else around so we literally had the whole place to ourselves. The only downside is the daily buffet serves pretty much the same food so after a few meals it gets boring. To get out of the island, you will need to take a ferry but luckily some food options are available on the mainland, within walking distance of the ferry terminal. Overall, I would say a solid 8/10!

CCatzeIt is an older, but authentic and clean ship. The service is of first class and it is the Cruise Manager Dan that is making a lot of effort and is always available.

CChekhovalexОтель милый, много одноразовых ништяков, тихо и спокойно. Район очень хороший. Напротив гора Поем. Кровать большая и удобная, в номере есть все удобства. Внизу есть кафе, но когда оно открывается, я не понял, мы были там всего ночь, и только к выезду в аэропорт проснулся хозяин.
Заранее просили заказать нам трансфер в аэропорт, вроде бы даже на это отреагировали позитивно, но никакого трансфера, конечно, не было.
За ту цену, что мы заплатили, очень круто!

GGerovХороший круиз за свои деньги. Мы с супругой брали президентский номер на 3 дня и 2 ночи. Все понравилось. Видели также номера попроще, они тоже очень хорошо оборудованы и имеют балкон. Персонал приветливый, встречают, провожают, всегда проявляют заботу к гостям. Гид и весь персонал говорят на Английском. Включена вся еда на время проживания. Есть бар, караоке, массаж. Массаж тела от 40$. Интернет плохой, практически не ловит во всей бухте. Рыбалка больше для вида, никто ничего не поймал. В целом, отличный вариант отдыха как семьей, так и в одиночку. Своих денег однозначно стоит. В тур входит программа с утра до вечера. По желанию можно прокатиться в деревню на катере, купаться, каякинг, посетить военный госпиталь в пещере и другие развлечения. Бронировали все через трип ком, очень удобно что здесь можно оплачивать русской картой (даже кредиткой) без всяких танцев с бубнами. С собой берите наличные, связь не ловит на круизе.
