"So, I am the first to write a review on this platform, and will say excellent hotel.
Everything was brand new and very clean. Nice furniture, well decorated walls and a quality bathroom. The bed was sold hard, that may be an issue for some guests. The price to comfort ratio was outstanding. I would gladly stay much longer if not for the town itself. The streets were empty, it was hard and frustrating to find a decent restaurant in the area. There was a good bakery and Vietnamese “Banh mi” sandwich stand nearby though. I was told that the other side of town is more interesting and more people are visiting in May. Communication was only possible via translator as nobody spoke English."

Of the cosyakov. No partial garbage. On the common territory everywhere ashes, ashes and chicks. Slack condea and water pressure once disappeared. Matras on the curve bed. The first time met a hotel where they asked for a settlement three hours earlier."

Hard ware need great improvement anc maintainence is urgently needed. e.g. swimming pool is not very clean, with broken tiles; phone is not working in room to make local calls, no chair or table in the balcony, no clothing hanger in the balcony, no chairs and no towels for sunbathing around swimming pool on the 5th floor."

"The hotel is surrounded by construction sites, and they were still working late into the night. I wonder if the Vietnamese government has no regulations for noise or construction site management. The workers were quite diligent and only stopped after midnight. The front desk staff were very good; they helped me arrange a car so we could comfortably go to the cruise the next morning. It turns out Tuan Chau Port isn't right next to the hotel. So, if you're taking the Pioneer cruise, be aware of that."

YYouminiBecause my flight itinerary was booked in advance, I later found out that most cruise hotels require you to arrive at the port by 12 PM. Unfortunately, my flight arrived in Hanoi in the afternoon. So, based on the hotel's suggestion, I opted for a tiring journey: after getting off the plane and clearing customs, I rented a car directly to the pier, then took a speedboat to find the parked cruise hotel. It turns out that if you only have one night, a Ha Long Bay cruise hotel is definitely worth experiencing. It's a new establishment, so the facilities are all new, the environment is great, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication easy. Check-in was handled with a warm smile and clear explanations. There are plenty of places to explore nearby. Breakfast was satisfying, and the pho was delicious. The pool is fantastic, with amazing infinity views. Our room was clean and spacious. Very happy overall! Highly recommend for anyone staying in Ha Long Bay, it's just a 10-minute taxi ride to the pier.

HHonglianshennanhuoI booked a one-bedroom executive twin room. This hotel is very large with many rooms. I checked in during the Chinese New Year, and the hotel was almost empty; I was the only guest on my entire floor. The room facilities were complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. There were also two TVs. Downstairs, the hotel offers free bicycle rentals, which are great for getting to the beach. The downside of the hotel is that the surrounding area is quite desolate.

GGuest UserInitially, when we first arrived, I didn't really understand what kind of place it was. There is a construction site around, fences on the way to the beach, a disco on the beach at night, to which we didn't immediately understand how to get. But then I appreciated all the advantages of the location of this hotel. 5 minutes in one direction and you are in the European restaurant Papa's. 5 minutes in the other and you are on the beach with a shower. There are several supermarkets nearby, if you need to buy more, you can take a taxi to Winmart. Of the entertainment nearby attractions, you can also try yourself in a nearby casino, and go on a sea cruise on Halong Bay. Just wonderful. We wanted to stay for a week, but we decided to extend our stay for more. The fact that many hotels around are closed is wonderful! But the beach is empty, by the way, no sand fleas were found on it. And a lot of cafes and restaurants with delicious food in any direction of the coast. We didn't make a mistake with the choice of place! As for the staff and the hotel itself, it is very friendly and polite. Cleanliness is fine, but I don't advise eating in the room so that there are no midges. There is water in the shower dripping on the floor in the toilet, but for this I will not lower the rating, for me this minus is insignificant. The beds are hard, but not a problem: in the closet you will find additional blankets that you can put for softness. In general, my recommendations! I'm glad we've been here

GGuest UserThe staff's teamwork was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. Dan's leadership, easy-to-understand English, and desire to make everyone enjoyable were evident. Winter's kindness was also very evident. The food was delicious, and most importantly, I made many friends. Sitting next to someone during dinner, conversation flowed naturally. The staff members at the after-dinner karaoke competition were really lively, and I thoroughly enjoyed just watching. They sang all kinds of songs, and it was super funny. The early morning tai chi was also designed to help everyone bond. The activities and options, including kayaking and mountain climbing (lol), were all fun. There were no Japanese people on board. If you got tired, you could take a break in your room on board, and the view from the ship was magnificent and relaxing. The squid fishing experience, foot bath, coffee, tea, and fruit service were all great. Everyone on board was well-off, both mentally and financially (probably financially), so I was able to relax safely. At the diving spots, there were many people diving off the boat, and they were all respectable customers who regularly do strength training, swim, or exercise on a daily basis. I think the price was also reasonable. If you're visiting northern Vietnam, I recommend the three-day, two-night Halong Bay cruise with Hera Boutique.

Заранее просили заказать нам трансфер в аэропорт, вроде бы даже на это отреагировали позитивно, но никакого трансфера, конечно, не было.
За ту цену, что мы заплатили, очень круто!

HHSIAO CHIH CHUNI participated in this three-day, two-night trip alone with my two children. Before the trip, the online service staff informed me that it was suitable for children and assured me that I could enjoy the journey.
The communication and transfers from Hanoi to the cruise ship were excellent! We arrived in Hanoi at 07:00, but were exhausted and rested in a cafe. Even though we changed our pick-up location on the same day, the luxurious shuttle bus still safely transported us to the pier.
During the trip, I am very grateful to all the staff on the Le Journey Luxury Cruise, especially Mark, who took care of us for three days and two nights, and Owen, who took us to Viet Hai Village on the second day. They were thoughtful and provided us with a sense of adventure while ensuring our complete safety. I loved the Lan Ha Bay itinerary, including cycling through the fields, experiencing the amazing fish foot massage, kayaking freely in Lan Ha Bay to explore caves, and walking on the fine sand of the mysterious white beach. Thank you!
The cruise room was spacious, comfortable, and fragrant! We could fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The sailing was comfortable, and I loved the cruise route selection, which allowed us to get closer to the beautiful scenery and escape the hustle and bustle.
The food on the cruise was also excellent! Whether it was the buffet at lunch, the set menu at dinner, or the set menu at Viet Hai Village, everything was delightful and full of surprises!
I highly recommend the Le Journey Luxury Cruise three-day, two-night itinerary for families with children. The activities, such as cycling in Viet Hai Village and the fish massage, made it an unforgettable adventure for the kids!
