On first day we head out after breakfast and was back in near lunch but was surprised that the room was not clean On the second day., we were glad that the housekeeping were at the room after we left for breakfast. Despite our toilet roll running low , they didn’t replenish. Our booking is for 4 days 3 night.

A nice place to stay near the city center.

As described, it is a family hotel. The female owner and her mother (or mother-in-law) run the hotel with two boys ~ very careful and responsible, the hygiene is also good, and the overall state is a quiet and relaxing state. The guests here are basically families with foreigners and children. It is not noisy. It is as comfortable and warm as the overall environment of the hotel. The swimming pool is also very good. The small swimming pool is suitable for young babies. It is very close to the Chiang Mai Gate in the ancient city, so it is more convenient to eat ～Overall, it is a good place for leisure and vacation～

The hotel service is very good, the old woman is very friendly, the room is clean and hygienic, the swimming pool water is very clear, cost-effective, will stay again next time

Quiet location but still within walking distance to the old city. Several restaurant options just a couple blocks away. Friendly staff with recommendations for local activities or you can relax by the pool. Firm bed as is Thai style, but you can request a topper for the mattress to make it a bit softer.

The hotel is in a good location. It is walkable to the Old Town and some temples in Chiang Mai . The staff are helpful and nice. Thank you!

When you read the reviews that are glowing, you hope they are true! Well, I can assure you, this is a great hotel! The first thing was the greeting upon my arrival! Fantastic. This is not a chain hotel. So, you are personally greeted and welcomed! Then, you're taken to your room (not just told what floor your room is on, and off you go. Nope!). The room is huge. Clean. No, spotless! Large fridge in the room. Kettle. But no coffee. Coffee is free downstairs, though. The pool is very nice. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but everything is within walking distance. If you're ok with a km or two of walking to see some great sites. The Lotus Fred's Mart is about 1.2 km away. Small, but you can get your cereal and milk or snacks, then put stuff that needs refrigeration in your fridge! All rooms have a view of the pool area. I arrived at night. The next morning, when I left my room, there were the Hugh mountains in the distance. One thing I will mention that I did not realize about booking two weeks IN Chiang Mai is that most of the major advertised things to see and do are NOT in Chiang Mia. Most are an hour to two hours away. You typically won't get back to your room until 7 or 8 pm. after starting your day at 7 am. on a bus or in a van. So, had i know, I would have booked maybe three days in Chiang Mai to see things (try to hit the weekend for the Sunday Night Market! Huge). Then, I would have ventured off to these other locations and stayed there for a couple of days at e

Walking distance from city center, in a safe and quiet area. Room is basic but with everything you might need. Nice pool and free parking available.

This hotel is family-run and offers roomy but basic, no-frills accommodations at a fair price. It's walking distance to most everything in Chiang Mai, which was fantastic, especially during the lantern festival. There's no restaurant on-site, but rooms have full-sized refrigerators.
