The hotel is located in the downtown area of Hengyang. It is convenient to park and eat. The breakfast is good and quiet at night. Good value for money, worth recommending!

After climbing Hengshan, stay in the urban area for one night before going home. I finally chose this hotel. The hotel room is on the 9th floor. It is quiet to sleep at night. The room is big enough and the hygiene is good. It is much better than staying in the Hengshan scenic area last night. Others The service is okay. The downside is that the Wifi signal is relatively poor, and basically you can't open the webpage. The hot water is not too hot, and it is barely enough when you turn it on to the hottest. It may be better if it can be heated up a little more.

I booked the hotel for 2 days in a row. Because I didn’t feel good on the first night, I changed to another room the next day. It felt good. There was a big bathtub. The 2 children had a great time. Breakfast will be included tomorrow, so I don’t know how the breakfast will be. ,Be evaluated

The West Lake Hotel can't really be called a four-star upscale hotel. After I entered, I just wanted to sit on the bed, and I saw the rubbish between the two beds. I suddenly felt that there were countless bacteria climbing and flying on and around the bed. The TV remote control can't be pressed no matter how you press it, the wallpaper is dirty and old, and the bottom half of the shrinkable curtains in the bathroom are all mildew. On the second day of the buffet, guests at the next table ate a thumb-sized spider in the noodles. The cantaloupe I ate was bitter, and the dragon fruit was spoiled. I have placed so many orders on Ctrip, and this is the first time I wrote a bad review on Ctrip. The West Lake Hotel wants to continue to open, but it is not a little bit of rectification.

房間衞生好，衞生間一次性用品齊全，會發放早餐券，早餐品類多 因為是2013年裝修的了，裝修比較舊，但設施功能都正常，沒有發現有老舊損壞的東西

綜合評價勉強及格的酒店，位置在老城區比較中心的地方，挺方便的。 早餐雖然看起來並不精緻，餐廳環境和秩序也稍顯臟亂，但不難吃，餐的品類相對這個實惠的價格而言，也還算豐富。 房間很大，有點潮濕，部分地方看起來有點臟，勉強在接受範圍之內，性價比倒是可以的。 但酒店餐廳和大門的一些宣傳標語教訓味兒，甚至訓斥味兒，實在太強，令外地人非常無語，什麼“食不盡則多蠅”之類讓人犯惡心的我就不計較了，畢竟有的學生食堂也這樣，這都能忍。 但大門口滾動字幕上，竟然還有“**未成年人****，法理不容”這種標語……我個人覺得這種事吧，好人、正常人一輩子都不可能幹，基本上想都不可能想，實在是用不着這麼激烈的提醒。 你們本可以説“呵護祖國的花朵，打擊針對未成年人的fz行為”，温和提醒大家文明守法……而不是用激烈的文字措辭掛在正門顯眼處，對着守法公民“大喊大叫”“懟臉開大”，並不是所有人都那麼喜歡聽貴領導們的“教育”，要注重方式方法呀！我的一點小建議，愛聽不聽吧。

在市中心，周圍交通便利，酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，早歺很豐盛可口，服務也很到位，國慶假期這個房價太實惠了

空調壞的，6點、9點、12點都打過電話去前台，都説在維修，問什麼時候修好直接掛電話，最後衹拿個風扇來，我住酒店是空調都不配吹嗎？什麼人都可以進來，還有雞的卡片塞給我

酒店位置不錯，掛牌4星⭐⭐⭐⭐酒店，店內環境很好，早餐品種豐富，服務態度非常好，酒店有地下停車場對自駕非常好，地下停車場電梯直達各樓層非常方便。

床上用品都是煙味，淋浴設備也差，不是很滿意，不推薦！
