Average hotel, a little over priced in my opinion, good house keeping! Wasn’t a fan of the cage on balcony though

We loved the hotel. Gorgeous property and staff were very friendly.

Clean and big room, but rest is dissapointing for a 4 stars hotel. No word of english spoken, breakfast is not good and the hotel lacks charm and amenities.

The hotel atmosphere is quiet. Breakfast is good. Service is a bit lacking. Go in at night.

It is close to tourist attractions, not too far away, next to the Ping River, next to the Ping River restaurant. In summary, it is good.

The air conditioner in the room needs to be strengthened. It is still not cool two hours after entering the room and turned on to the maximum. People who rely heavily on air conditioners should be careful. The service staff at the counter and breakfast were very kind and willing to help. The hot water in the room was very hot and the water pressure was strong. There were towel hooks and shelves for bathing products. Only one pillow is on the high side, so please be careful if you are used to sleeping on low pillows. In addition, there are 4 bottles of water in the refrigerator in each room, and each bottle in white packaging will be charged 20B. There is no 7-11 nearby, but there are some good seafood restaurants. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the airport without traffic jam. It costs about 100B to call a taxi with Grab. The breakfast tastes good, but there are few options. The items are the same for two consecutive days. I hope there can be some changes next time.

Beautiful room, clean, good staff, quiet

It is another very beautiful hotel in Chiang Mai. good construction materials The mattress is good and comfortable to sleep. The staff service was quite confusing even though we had already paid online.

The price is cheap and the hotel is relatively simple. It may be opened in 2021, so it is relatively clean. However, there are no slippers, toothbrushes, and no conditioner.
