Night Bazaar Area Chiang Mai|0.16km from Wat Phan Tong
Needed a place in Chiang Mai for 4 nights. Didn't care about luxury but didn't want the cheapest place I could find either. Came across this on Agoda and thought it might be worth a try. It's 150 Baht ride from The Chiang Mai Airport. I arrived Check in Was quick and easy. The room is immaculate. Small but very clean. Great bed flat screen TV many many channels. The air condition is fantastic. It's a hostile but it also has. Individual rooms Which is what I booked. It's unbelievable value. 22.50 a night. They don't advertise free breakfast. But they have a common area just behind reception. With a big screen TV and it's got a full kitchen that everybody is welcome to use. If you clean up after yourself, they have all the utensils. They do have a small breakfast in the morning, which is free to everybody who stays here. Although they don't advertise. It waffles cereal coffee tea toast. Basic But very nice. They also have four or five bicycles that are available free of charge to use which is a tremendous perk. There are a couple of negatives but based on the value for money. I can work around them. Number one no room safe number two When you take the key card out when you leave the room the refrigerator also loses electricity. First I've seen this most hotels I've stayed at. Had the refrigerator socket wired to stay hot, even when the key card was out. And it would be nice if they had a chair. In the room nothing fancy just a basic chair. Should I find myself in Chiang Mai again? I will definitely use this hotel again. The staff here are very very friendly. From the reception to the room cleaners everyone always smiling willing to help out answer any questions. Making sure everybody has a nice day. I can't recommend this place enough.

I came here without much expectation because it was cheap, and it was a very satisfying stay experience. The staff is overwhelmingly kind. It was touching to see that the five-star hotel took care of us carefully but not too much, unlike the service kindness of the five-star hotel. The room condition was nice and I didn't have any complaints. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a style of choosing 2 dishes per person, but it came out neat and delicious, so it was better than a buffet. The breakfast and swimming pool were always spacious, perhaps because there were not many family guests. There are a lot of reviews on soundproofing, actually it's really not soundproof, so if you're sensitive, you should consider it. However, most of the rooms seem to use it only as accommodation rather than enjoying something, so there was no loud noise.

We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Chiang Mai. The hotel is located in a small alley not far from the city. Small hotel with a nice shaded garden. Beautiful well appointed room with small balcony (family room). The bathroom has a shower, bath, wc... be careful, however, the tiled floor is slippery. Top-notch breakfast prepared to order served in a nicely decorated and naturally well-ventilated room. We appreciated the calm, the caring staff.

Nice room, we just booked a standard double, so was fairly basic but had a nice balcony area and everything was there that we needed. All staff extremely helpful! Definitely recommend! 🤩

Very good, old Thai style hotel. Quiet and tidy! The air conditioner is super cool and hot water is enough. The front desk is very welcoming and will say hello to ask if you need to clean the room. But the bed sheets in the room are old-fashioned with a yellow blanket on them. The requirements are too high and it is not recommended to live. The age is here. But the location is convenient, and motorcycles can be parked at the door. The alley is very lively ~
