The Deha Hotel Chiang Rai is located in the center of Chiang Mai, with easy access. The hotel is near the Chiang Rai Night Market, only a ten-minute drive away. There are also many restaurants, bars and shopping stores in the night market, so you can go shopping there at night. The hotel staff is very friendly and the check-in procedure is also very fast. The hotel provides daily Chinese and Western breakfast, but there are some spicy dishes, which I personally think are not suitable for foreigners. In short, if you come to Chiang Rai for the first time, this is a good choice👌

Parking is not enough for the guests who booked to stay. Check in at 13.50 (Trip.com schedule says 14.00). The accommodation lets us go up to the room. When we arrive at the room, the cleaning staff informed us that the cleaning is not finished yet and the bathroom has not been cleaned. The customer has to wait in front of the room. Then there is coordination inside. A receptionist came to inform us that they will move to another floor and invite us to go down and wait in front of the lobby. At around 17.06, the staff came to inform us that we got the same room. We asked back that the staff had informed us that the bathroom had not been cleaned yet. Is it finished now? The staff replied that they had cleaned it and the staff came to help. When we went up to the room, it turned out that the toilet was not working because the water was leaking. We had to call the service center to change the hose. When we returned to the hotel, the staff waved for us to park on the side of the road and informed us that it was full. After that, there was a car that came later to park at the entrance in front of the hotel and told us to park on the side of the road, which had a red and white sign. So we went to ask the security guard. It turned out that we were allowed to park again in front of some shop. We asked the security guard if we could really park there. The security guard replied that we could park there. Tomorrow is Sunday. So I called the public relations to ask if it was really possible to park. The public relations said that there was no guarantee, so I had to park by putting the front gear in neutral. This made me not understand if the hotel did not have enough parking space for guests.

Excellent value for money. Delicious breakfasts Good mattress Weak soundproofing, but we had a corner room. Delighted with the north of Thailand.
