It's a quiet and peaceful place. Good mattress and pillows, good shower, good wifi, good big mirror in the bathroom. Also, there is a nice cafe / kitchen on the ground floor where you can eat in case you order a delivery on grab food.

Room is nice and clean. Heater works well. Receptionists are also friendly and can speak English. Just that there is only one mirror in the bathroom. It would be better if there is another one in the room.

clean room there is room for improvement. There is a telephone in the room but no answer when we call reception. it would be good to have a telephone directory to call reception or other services and daily top-up for toilet roll and coffee/tea.

The location is located in town, small parking car and a little bit noisy

Staff was friendly and helpful in introducing places to go and eat. Room is simple but got what we wanted except the air conditioning was noisy and one of the two not working properly. Overall, clean and comfortable except it is a bit of a walk from night bazzar and very quiet to walk back at night after massages

Hotel is fairly new. The staff are friendly and approachable. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with USB charging points! The bathroom is a huge size and quality fixtures. There is no restaurant or cafe open in the hotel. Cafe and Thai restaurant across the street. Grab taxi, tuk-tuk, Songthaew easy transport. Not far from bus terminal 1 and night bazaar The beds are a little firm but quite comfortable. There's a lift and stairs. The room was quiet and cleaned each day during our 2 night stay. We highly recommend Mira Hotel Chiang Rai.

Facilities: Not bad, soundproofing is average. The shared bathroom is large and I didn't bump into other guests. There is an electric kettle for boiling water. Hygiene: Pretty good. Satisfied. Location: A bit far, but still within walking distance of the bus station.

The sink was clogged and smelled very bad. I think the customer cannot stay. But what I wonder is why didn't you call to inform us since you found out that we could not stay? Or you should have called to inform us since the morning. Don't wait until we check in at 4 pm and then tell us. The front desk staff told us that they would refund the full amount and let the customer find a new hotel by themselves. This was not okay. At that time, it was 4 pm and it was a festival. All the hotels in that area were full. We chose to stay at this hotel because it was close to various tourist attractions that we wanted to go to. It was convenient to travel. But do you want us to find a hotel by ourselves? The available hotel was very far outside the city. But the front desk staff told us to change to a double bed room. We came with my boyfriend. My boyfriend came from abroad and we traveled together. Therefore, We do not want to sleep in a double bed or separate beds. The staff also said that it is only one night. Just one night is correct. That is your idea, but you cannot think for the customer. So I told them that I could not find a hotel by myself at this time. So I asked the front desk staff to help me find one. I waited for a long time until I got the answer that there was a hotel nearby. At that time, I had no choice, so I had to stay at a new hotel. But there was a problem. The hotel booked for us only one night. In the end, we had to come back to stay at the original hotel tomorrow, which was not okay for us because we booked a hotel for two nights because we did not want to change hotels often. It was a waste of time. I would like to inform you that the hotel staff, both the front desk and another woman who was the manager or I do not know what position she was in, did not speak well when they were about to move the hotel for us. They said that I could only find this hotel. If the customer was not okay, I did not know what to do. These were words that I was not okay with. And I did not feel that you wanted to serve the customer at all. Your tone of voice was very dissatisfied with me. I am a customer. That is not my fault. If you had informed me in advance, I would not have had any problems. I would like you to improve the service a lot. And the room that I booked was not the type of room that I got to sleep in. Left by overbooking this Monday overbooking. And the front desk staff Also, you said that we should sympathize with the staff. Do you have to sympathize with the customers? I drove 100 kilometers from Chiang Mai to stay at your hotel, but there was no room for me. Who deserves more sympathy? We should improve our service a lot.

The hotel is nice, but unfortunately too close to the main road, so we later moved to a quieter guesthouse.

The room was very good. The bathroom was spacious and the sanitary ware was very good. There was a large shower head, which was very good. The owner of the hotel was very kind and took good care of us and gave us very good information. The bed was quite soft. The air conditioner was very cold. However, there was one problem: the room was not soundproof. When we checked in, we encountered 2-3 Chinese male tourists in the room next door. They came out to the balcony and made a very scary noise. We did not dare to leave the room. If they could screen the guests better, it would be much better.
