幕張メッセに行くために利用しましたが、駅からも見えているほど近くスーパー,コンビニ,薬局もあって便利でした。喫煙可能な部屋を予約したので匂いが心配でしたが大丈夫でした。洗濯もできますが洗濯槽が少し汚れているかも？しれないです。

駅近ですぐ到着したのでよかった。
少し狭いが、2人で泊まるには十分だった。
とてもお安く泊まれたので、次回も利用したい。
