Nothing to complain about. Friendly staff and even shops inside the building. Breakfast buffet is amazing, so is the gym. The area around the hotel is a bit worn down.

The room is okay, it's an old hotel and the facilities are old. The air conditioner in the corridor was turned on so much that the air-conditioning penetrated into the room. It was a bit cold even if I didn't turn on the air conditioner. The breakfast is good and meets local four-star standards.

Though it's an old established hotel, you'll find true premium five star service from them.Staff behaviour is top notch, very welcoming.They maintaim Food quality and hygiene standard . Just one thing, didn't like the swimming pool, it could have been better but as a heritage hotel no complain. Must recommended in chittagong.

We were given an unexpected upgrade to a junior suite which was a very intelligent move as I rank this as our best hotel during our 3 week tour of Bangladesh. The junior suite is magnificent and one of our best rooms in over 1000 hotel stays. I don't know what the standard rooms are like but if you can afford it then go for a junior suite. The room is very large, very clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom and even a small kitchen. We don't usually request room service but we did here to make the most of the luxurious room. We would happily have stayed there much longer but had to move on with our tour. I don't know who or why this upgrade was given but a big thank you to whoever was responsible. A magnificent room and a truly memorable stay.

The room was just perfect But i thik this hotel can update the tv with tv channel’s cause the tv doesn’t have any music channels soo its kindda boring though soo i hope the hotel management will take action against this issue cause without music you cant enjoy the beautiful room

What a mess! Hotel Agrabad completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The liquor options were abysmal, and the food prices were outrageously high for what was served. The spa? Total fraud – poorly run and unprofessional. I can’t recommend a single thing about this place. Complete disappointment.

For last 3 years, I have visited this hotel for about 20 times. Staffs are friendly. Property is a bit old style but that is the thing I like about any hotel. Pros: Friendly staffs. Decoration is grand old style in comparison with modern hotels. Cons: Cleanliness can be improved. Bar has almost nothing.

The premier room we stayed can easily service 4 people but we were a family of 3. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, we also ordered room service from theor restaurant and I have to say the food was way better than expected and their service was top notch.

Hotel Agrabad is an old hotel, and it feels like it in a good way. It carries an old-world charm, but it’s also better maintained than first looks would suggest. Spacious rooms, friendly service, great location, not much to complain about. The pricing for in-room dining items was a bit on the higher side, so we decided to try out the many affordable options in the vicinity. However, the breakfast buffet spread was satisfyingly vast and delicious. The stores on the ground floor also proved helpful for some things I needed. On the whole, a great place to stay in Chattogram.

Excellent service and accommodation; cheap rates; provides four complimentary drinking water bottles daily in place of two; flexible check-in and check-out time upon prior consultation; very good breakfast buffet (moderate number of items but everything was tasty); great location; easy maintenance of temperature through thermostat; good bathroom fittings and amenities; thoroughly enjoyed our stay and WOULD definitely visit again!
