Horrible experience! We booked one night the night of our wedding. Arriving at the hotel at almost 4 a.m. we requested a late check in at reception. The young man there made us pay an extra 30 euros to be able to leave the room at 3 p.m. The next day the cleaning lady knocked on our door and asked us to leave the room because it was 12 p.m. we told her that we were leaving the room at 3 p.m., she replied ok. 10 minutes later another lady knocks on our door asking us to leave the room I repeat to her that we have to pay to leave the room at 3 p.m. she tells us no and insists, so we show her proof of payment on our phone, she sees a person at reception who confirms this and apologizes. Thinking we were quiet 20 minutes later another man knocked on the door and asked us to leave the room because he had no proof or information regarding the fact that we had paid a late check-in. We went down to reception with my husband, we asked for a manager who obviously was not present. The only woman present confirms to us that our room was paid for until 3 p.m. but that the housekeeper may not have been aware. Zero communication in this establishment! Our rest was completely ruined, and there was no one to complain to. Our family and I have reserved more than 7 rooms in this establishment for the whole weekend, I am therefore asking the establishment to reimburse our supplement of €30 which was of absolutely no use to us.
