V nice hotel, good location, clean room , Wil intro to frds👍

Location is so good, near the metro station and a huge shopping area. Ladies at the front desk are really nice and friendly. They helped us to solve some issues. The room is pretty comfortable. But cleaning is bad. The floor in our room was so dirty and a carpet in the hall is covered in spots. They change towels daily and make the bed but never clean the floor.

Location is very strategy. Beside the apartment, there is a mall, downstairs got Family Mart. Walking distance 10minutes is the 观音桥好吃街; Staying here not need to worry for the foods at any time. For transportation, easy to get 滴滴 and Taxi also; If want take subway, have to walk around 10-15 minutes in a straight road only, actually this consider quite near. There was housekeeping every day; however due to no table phone placed in the room, we can't call for the room services. The aircon function well with strong wind :D In overall, we are quite satisfied for this accommodation :D

The hotel is situated within 5mins walking distance to Guan yin qiao. It is also 5mins to the nearest train station line 9, which is linked conveniently to the airport. Check in and out was a breeze. Room had a full window layout and was a nice view. Room was also very clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book here again for my next trip. Thank you.

Reception was super kind to let us change our room as construction noise could be heard. They even let us view some rooms before we decided. Really appreciate the kind gesture. We especially liked the huge bathroom with 2 sinks and a huge bathtub.

I had stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and booked another week to stay for a friend's wedding. I do not speak Chinese well and upon check-out, front desk asked me to leave a review they had already typed up. This is not a very honest process. I had two separate bookings with this hotel, so good thing I am able to leave a real review with my own words on the other booking. This alone makes me not want to stay at this hotel again. As for the hotel: The area is pretty crowded during rush hour and weekends so getting a DiDi is a long wait. The hotel only has one washing/drying machine even though their pictures show 4. This was very difficult as it was always being used and we were there for 3 weeks. There is also no body mirror in the room which was very strange as we had nothing to check out outfits with. The room I stayed in is mostly as pictured, relatively new and very brightly lit.

Hotel is just opened in 2023 so everything is still new. Comfy bed, clean toilet and situated in a great location. Staff (小杨，小曾， 小勇）are attentive, responsive and very friendly. Very happening, vibrant and in the heart of shopping belt with malls and eateries offering endless selection of Chongqing cuisines and other international cuisines.

The hotel room is very spacious and comfortable. 小荣 service is great

Peace within the hustle and bustle of the city. An oasis of quiet comfort with proximity to night spots and shopping in the day.

It's great. It's a pity that the price increase during the National Day has gone up too much. Otherwise, I would have continued to stay here. The normal price is very cheap. Next time, I should find a place that is not during the peak tourist season.

The room size is OK, and the hygiene is average! There are eyelashes, and the wall is moldy and poorly maintained! The fat waiter has a weak sense of service, and the service attitude is just so-so! (The handsome guys and beautiful girls in the daytime are still good) The price is fair for similar hotels in the local area, maybe the above service is the reason why it can't sell for the price! Overall, 60 points!
