酒店不是獨棟酒店，在天街A館19層，但是從出電梯的走廊到房間都很整潔，下樓可以直接開逛，樓層高風景也可以，但是免不了節假日人多有時需要等電梯，然後在天街打車得分時間段，節假日也免不了堵車，去周邊可以選輕軌幾分鐘就到，節假日玩一定要提前看導航擁堵情況，我打車過來，司機師傅就説C館一般比A館車更多（A館較C館更靠裡麪）。從入住到退房，經過三個不同的前台值班，接待問答體驗都很好很細緻，可能是我去的時候和退房的時候不在高峯點，入住時直接給我帶到房間還幫忙開門（可能因為離前台比較近然後我入住時間晚人不多吧🐶）中途有需要下午茶或者冰激凌的話，直接發消息響應的也很快，退房的時候服務很主動周到。下午茶冰激凌洗衣服務也是直接送到房間的，房間也有不斷電小冰箱，可以自己提前冰個飲料什麼的

環境超出預期，性價比和服務都非常好。前台工作人員非常熱情，而且細心。辦理完入住之後把我們帶去房間，房間很乾凈，物品很齊全。電腦的鍵盤和鼠標都很乾凈，非常滿意。下次還會來。
