I originally wanted to book a family room, but because I booked late, none were available. I had no choice but to reserve a twin room instead. When Zheng from the front desk learned about our situation, she kindly upgraded us to an Executive Twin Room free of charge. She also arranged a very quiet room that was suitable for kids and even sent over special slippers for my child. I was truly touched and very grateful to Zheng at the front desk.

Overall, it is still possible, mainly cheap, free parking, free breakfast, breakfast buns are delicious, eating opposite is also very convenient, there is a Chinese food tastes very good, the room reaches the standard of the hotel chain, clean, high floor environment, air conditioning effect is super good, Staff service is also OK, recommend to us to play nearby, eat, it is recommended

I finally found an ideal hotel. The hotels I stayed in before were either poor in hygiene or service. This hotel in Vienna gave me a welcome sound from the moment I checked in, giving me the feeling of going home. Because we were driving by ourselves, there were a lot of things. During the check-in process The lady at the front desk asked us if we needed help with our luggage. After I refused, I thought it was too troublesome because there is a bit of distance from the lobby to the elevator. The security guy was still very enthusiastic to help us carry our luggage to the room. From these small gestures, it was very helpful. Makes it worth recommending. After arriving in the room, we wanted to change to a twin bed. There was no extra charge and breakfast was given for free. Since we were taking a tram, we called the front desk to ask if there were any charging stations. The front desk patiently told us that there were free charging stations in the hotel. There was someone to guide us when we were in the car. It is really worth recommending. The room was clean and tidy. The location was great and the transportation was convenient. The hotel facilities were complete. I personally think the price-performance ratio is quite high. The service is attentive and extremely comfortable, creating a feeling of home for me. Everything is impeccable, no matter how big or small. The waiters in this hotel are all well-traveled, warm and thoughtful!

This hotel is perfectly situated in Tianxing Town, very close to Tianxing Hot Springs. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are excellent. The bedding is clean and comfortable. The two ladies at the front desk were wonderful; they explained in detail the different scenic routes for ascending Mount Jinfo from both the North and South slopes, and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
