I highly recommend this hotel! My overall stay was perfect. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very quick. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. The room was spotless, odorless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, ample hot water, and a full set of toiletries. The Wi-Fi speed was fast and reliable. The location is superb, making it convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The cleaning staff were prompt with daily tidying and replenished supplies efficiently, providing thoughtful and comprehensive service. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit. It's truly worth staying!

The room was on a high floor with a nice view outside the window. However, some corners of the walls inside the room were already yellowing. Also, I had originally booked a room with two floor-to-ceiling windows as shown on the homepage, but I was initially given a room with only one window. After a brief discussion, they changed it to the room type consistent with the main picture, which was a bit disappointing. On the plus side, they offer laundry service for washing and drying clothes, which was quite convenient. As for the location, it's a bit far from the subway station; the closest one is over a kilometer away. Overall, I'd give it four stars.

Nice👍, the hotel lobby has a pleasant scent, and the front desk service is attentive. There are two chairs at the check-in counter where you can sit while checking in, which is a really nice touch! The room felt spacious and comfortable, even bigger than it looked in the pictures. For this price, it would be even better if there was a projector. Chongqing's food is unbeatable, truly a delight😋

Two adults and three kids, the front desk attendant was so sweet and upgraded us to two king rooms. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, split over two levels. The downstairs was nice and cool with the AC, and I'm sensitive to the cold, so the upstairs temperature was just perfect! It's close to the station, just over the skybridge to the entrance. We spent our last day relaxing at the hotel, it was really comfortable!

The location is super convenient, really close to Chongqing North Station, just a pedestrian overpass away. You can even see the station directly from the room. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with a supermarket, convenience stores, and tons of restaurants. At night, there are street-side BBQ stalls, and in the morning, breakfast shops, so finding food is a breeze. The room itself is quite spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities. It was much better than I expected – I honestly didn't have high hopes given the price, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the room! The service was excellent too. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive at the North Station until past 11 PM. While we were still on our way to the hotel, a staff member called to confirm if we were still checking in and kindly gave us directions. They were polite throughout the entire conversation. The front desk also handled our check-in very smoothly. What truly left the deepest impression was the hotel's breakfast, especially the freshly made Chongqing noodles. They were so unique! You could ask for them without any spice, but the broth was incredibly fragrant and numbing – all the numbing sensation without the heat. I couldn't find this flavor at the breakfast of the next two hotels I stayed at; it's really distinctive!

Snacks are available on each floor, so if I get hungry late at night, I can grab a treat or a drink. Plus, the laundry service is open 24/7, making it super easy to do laundry whenever needed. The staff has an excellent memory; they greeted me by name on my second stay! The check-in/check-out and luggage storage processes are streamlined. For long-term stays or frequent short trips, choosing this hotel definitely saves a lot of time and hassle on communication and travel.

Staying at the Yunpo Guangyu Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. It's easy to find and very close to public transport, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring. The mattress is just right, not too soft and not too firm, so I got a really refreshing sleep. The cleanliness is rigorously maintained, with no strange odors, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The service is attentive and thoughtful. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip.

This hotel is right opposite the high-speed train station, which made catching our train in the morning super quick and convenient. The room was really spacious too. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a noodle shop, so food options were easy to come by. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing. The service was excellent as well.

The hotel has a free laundry room, which was very convenient for washing clothes. The room also came with complimentary drinks, bottled water, and coffee. The room environment and cleanliness were great too. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I slept like a baby for both nights, waking up naturally each morning. I highly recommend this hotel!
