The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful with friendly and helpfull staff who helped me to order a car when I could not order a didi. The room I stayed in was a bit cold and I wish the AC was stronger, but it wasn't the end of the world. In summary it was by no means a bad experience, but it was also not my best hotel/resort experience.
