這是國慶假期最後一天住的酒店，也是最糟心的一次。首先是5號那天下午入住，結果到了晚上前台服務在給另一個家庭辦理入住時將我們住的房間給他們辦了入住開了房卡，刷卡進我們房間是嚇了一跳，他們也驚訝，結果發現是前台搞錯了，相當無語，酒店也沒有主動給我們任何解釋！好像沒發生一樣，特無語！其次我們住的那個房間衞生間裝修有問題，沒設計好坡度，導致地板水堆積在衞生間門口，無法流到下水道，導致6號早上我們準備退房時，我家小孩6歲跑去衞生間上廁所被積水滑倒摔了一跤，腳上還淤青，我立馬告知前台，前台也衹是象徵性登記了一下，也沒問小孩摔到哪裡，也不關心，還説沒有接到其他住客反饋，無語了，這種隱患我想説搞衞生時肯定能發現，衹是你們不去關注，小孩還好，如果那天哪個長者家摔倒，長者骨頭很脆弱估計就不是這麼簡單就過去了。反正這次的體檢十分差！
