The hotel is quite new, room is very spacious and bed and pillows are super soft and comfortable. We spent 2 nights in Christchurch and it is about 15 mins walk to Bontanic garden and 20 mins walk to city area where many eateries and shopping are . The front desk staff and manager are very friendly and helpful and when we came in on early morning on Friday , they allowed us early check in and this really helped us as we were so exhausted after a red eye flight. The cafe at the hotel served great food and drinks as well and usually they are very crowded but we managed to have our breakfast there on the day we check out , yummy breakfast indeed!

Very nice 5 star hotel, but with no swimming pool, staff is nice, room is big, nearby has many restaurants.

Staff were friendly and helpful, got a free drink from the cafe with the booking, only downside is no free parking, but we just stayed one night so just paid on the street and left before getting a ticket.

The city is not big, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is also within walking distance from the central area. In addition, most restaurants close at 9 o'clock, and the hotel itself is just a hotel, so if it is too late, you can use Uber eats to order takeout.

The room is clean, has a microwave, and has two 1.8-meter large beds, which is great! There is a welcome drink in the cafe downstairs. Although the parking lot is charged, the service is very good. Special parking spaces are allocated. The parking lot is locked around 10:30, which is very safe. I temporarily decided to chase the aurora at night. When I came back in the middle of the night, I asked the front desk to open the parking lot door. I also felt that it was a bit offensive to disturb others' rest. Sorry, but the person at the front desk was very nice and told me not to rush and to take my time.

It was very close, so I saved money and booked this one. This is not the center of the city with very few people. I recommend New World, a large supermarket. Navigate there and you will pass by a crowded center along the way.

I like the decoration very much. It's very modern and clean. There are two king size beds, free drinks, a microwave, and no dryer. The lobby was very busy when I went there, with many foreigners checking in.
