The breakfast was great and the bed was soft. It was pretty good.

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Room service was very nice. The hotel did not provide anything other than what was described, only in a bad location in terms of location.

The air conditioning in the rooms is very weak. The windows don't open. Very stuffy. The staff tries to help, but is not effective. The number has been changed. They skimp on air conditioning in the corridors, which is why it’s so stuffy. The Hilton Honors card was not accepted, as a result the night was not taken into account - you will have to contact support. One of the advantages is free underground parking.

We were not satisfied with anything from the moment we entered the hotel until we left. The employees had insufficient knowledge. Towels were missing in the room, we asked for them and they arrived 40 minutes later. Breakfast was a complete disaster, the products were insufficient and cold. There were insufficient spoons and forks, their slots were empty, the waffle maker was broken and broken, The tables were full, there were not enough tables, and when we looked for a waiter, we could not find him. Even though I paid at check-out, they kept me waiting for 10 minutes and could not see the payment. I don't recommend it to anyone. I won't choose it again.
