"Great location, parking super easy. It was quiet over Easter weekend, but hotel was serving food so no issue (although we bought our own food from the supermarket instead). Room was huge and clean, and we like the small kitchen facilities and sofa area. I would say it's great value for money!
Only issue we had was that they charged our credit card upfront, together with a credit card surcharge, which meant that you had to pay the surcharge as they naturally only refund the deposit amount. It would have been ok if they had told us upfront, but unfortunately I had not checked my invoice upon checking in, which resulted in some queries back and forth. The issue was resolved in the end, and my own fault for not checking, so just wanted to highlight to others."
"The place I stayed during a rental car trip to southern Perth was right in front of the sea and the sunset view was impressive..
It's a road, but there's not a lot of cars, so there's no noise that's disturbing.
Room condition was clean and good
The bedding was clean, the kitchen facilities were good, and it was a good accommodation for sightseeing in southern Perth.
The staff was friendly and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good
I'm a doctor back."
"Outside the door of the room, it is a public walk. The furnishings in the house are average, the cooking pots are very bad, the lights are dark, the beds are soft, and it will be one night."
"The Motel environment is very good, clean and tidy, the room is very spacious, the bathroom is bigger than the bedroom, there is a kitchen cooking utensil, pay attention to the front desk business hours until 18:00, late check-in needs to inform the hotel in advance."
"The room is very good, the beach is just across the road, the kitchen utensils are also everything, the washing machine is a bit difficult to wash, but it is very convenient.
Looking out from the small balcony is the Christmas decoration and the blue sea, especially comfortable 😌
Recommended hotel for family travel, very close to several attractions, temporary more than one night, really chill"
"The hotel is located on the top of a small hill, facing the sea, next to a lighthouse, and the view is very good.
The room facilities are also quite new, and the room size is medium to large. The mattress of the extra bed was a bit soft, and the springs in some places were loose, making it uneven. The sofa can be pulled out to become an extra bed.
The front desk of the hotel nominally has working hours. If you go to the hotel after working hours, no one will greet you. I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock, and there was no one at the front desk. I had to call someone to come out. The waiter came out quickly, but he was well-dressed. It's not neat, I don't know if he is sleeping. When we checked out the next morning, it was during working hours, but there was still no waiter at the front desk. We had already paid anyway, so we left the keys in the express check-out box.
There are plenty of parking spaces at the door. There's nothing to eat nearby."

"The hotel was well run, the management were available to speak to in the day and the reception check in and out was quick. The rooms are pleasant enough, but the decor and bathroom was dated. The location is great, right by the high street, walking distance to a large play park and the foreshore for sunsets.
Only complaints are; the strong smell of joss sticks at night and agree a smell to cover the pool chlorine is needed but suggest a fresh less overpowering essential oil instead. Secondly the rooms needed a vacuum each day. Ours was only vacuumed once in our 4 night stay. "
"We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort. The place was clean and the customer service was great. The only thing that we were not satisfied was the low water pressure for shower at the bathroom. It took us some time to get a good shower."
