"it was a nice stay. perfect for one night stop over, i guess would be great to have extra staff so its not overwhelming for one staff to accomodate the couple of guests. so they were not missing a simple guests requests like coffee for breakfast. still highly recommended because of the perfect location and kudos for the cleanliness despite of busy and low staffing."

"The staff was very accommodating. We arrived early for check-in, and the receptionist kindly allowed us to use the vacant room I had booked. Since I was with my family, this made things much easier—we were able to explore the area without carrying all our bags around. The room was clean, and the location was perfect—close to everything and very accessible. We had a great day and would definitely stay here again!"

"Better than expected. Rooms are big and clean but lacking in amenities like room slippers. Free wifi was a hassle as they need your email and contact details.  Breakfast is bare essentials. Be prepared to walk everywhere if you are not driving. Uber and taxis are hard to get."

"We visited during the Australian school holidays, so the hotel was fully booked. The hotel is quite large, and although the facilities are a bit older, it's very family-friendly. I'm not sure if it was because we booked through Ctrip, but our breakfast was arranged in the VIP area, which offered superb views. A 1.5-hour hike from behind the hotel to see the Blue Mountains is also an excellent option. Highly recommended!"

"We were surprised at how nice the rooms were. Modern and very well equipped. There aren't many places to hang up or put clothes. Great location - just a few minutes' walk to the Three Sisters."

"It was a very nice hotel. Convenient location, next to the train station and also close to the Hop-On Hop-Off visitor shop. Lots of nice restaurants near by, highly recommend the Thai restaurant called ”Thai Square”. The interior of the hotel had a very charming aesthetic to it and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfy. The only downside is that there wasn't any AC in the room, but they did provide a fan thankfully. It was much needed after a long day of hiking during the summer season. Overall, highly recommend."

"As soon as you step into this hotel, it feels like you have gone back to the old times, because the hotel has many years of history and has a retro feel. The scenery outside the restaurant window is very beautiful and worth the money. The only drawback is that the transportation is not very convenient. If you have a car, there is free parking, but I don’t have a car, so I can only take the slope from Katoomba Railway Station to the hotel. It is recommended to come here by car."

"The front desk staff, Karina was very friendly and provided food suggestions as well as things to look out for when entering the Blue Mountains. The room was nice, everything was clean and orderly and it was a pleasant stay with good proximity from the Blue mountains. Thank you so much!"

"The building is historical, it's like I was on a tour! There are questions about the service, apparently there aren't enough staff. For this price, I think it's definitely worth it."

"In the Blue Mountains Park, close to the Three Sisters, 200 meters away, I lamented that it is so cost-effective to live in a national park in Australia. The motel has basic facilities and conditions, which is quite good👍"
