Find the Cheap Piara Waters Hotels

Overall, it's good. As a four-star hotel, and a new hotel, the price/performance ratio is OK, 1000+ including breakfast. And the facilities are very new, the hotel bed is very comfortable. Let me say a few complaints. When I checked into the hotel, I actually found a piece of broken glass on the carpet. It was probably because the previous hotel broke a cup. The hygiene was not done seriously, so we didn't dare to go barefoot. At 11:30 in the middle of the night on the first day, someone actually used an electronic device to open the door of the room. Fortunately, we opened the anti-theft door lock in the room. We screamed in fear, and the person left quickly. We thought it was a thief, so we called the front desk to report it, and later said that the staff had made a mistake in the room. The front desk called again the next day to apologize. I hope you will pay attention in the future. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a set meal. The taste is OK.

Stayed here for 7 nights and first impressions outside it’s a lovely little place.. Cafe on site is lovely and the coffee is good.. Check in was quick and easy and the guy checking me in was lovely and helpful.. Easy to find but it does seem to be in the middle of an industrial estate and you do have to be able to drive to get to anywhere.. The room was really disappointing and I did feel quite claustrophobic at times.. There was only one little skylight in the room.. No windows.. It did feel like I was in a mental asylum at times.. It was clean but there were a few issues which I spotted on the first night.. The carpet at the entrance of the en-suite was wet and I found out why this potentially was when I had a shower.. The shower wasn’t properly sealed so it was leaking out from underneath the tiles.. The shower would benefit from a shower screen rather than shower curtains.. It would make it much cleaner as the shower curtain we had, had soap scum and mould around the bottom of the curtain and it did look like it had a blood mark on the top of the curtain.. The sink was very low and I had to nearly kneel to brush my teeth.. Could do with being a little higher.. The bed was comfy but couldn’t work out how to lock the wheels on it so we were sliding about every-time we got into the bed.. Every morning we were woken up by 8am as there was a lot of loud banging and noise which I’m guessing was from the industrial estate.. If I’m honest It would have been ok if it was for 1 or 2 nights but for a longer stay I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known..

Excellent location for travellers. Nice staff. Make sure you tell them if you plan to arrive after 6 pm. Large room with mini kitchen (microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery, dishes). Laundry on site. Nice bathroom with roomy shower. Lots of storage plus a safe. Clean modern decor. Close to airport (taxi about $40 but you could use public transport) and there is a bus to Perth city centre right outside (takes about 30 minutes). Lots of local shops and restaurants. If you’re travelling with a rented vehicle and you have been on the red dirt roads there is an expensive car wash next door and a cheaper one just up the road. We stayed here at the start and end of our Western Australia camping trip and it was perfect.

We booked this room pretty late after having to cut a European trip short and needing to transit Perth overnight on our way to SA. For a one-nighter in Perth this more than met our needs. Near new, modern, and clean - it was pretty good(without having any bells and whistles), and well priced for the Perth region. It's within the precinct of Curtin University, and has a great vibe about it. Some cafes nearby too in the morning if you want a quick bite. The one problem we found was that the fridge wasn't plugged in - a bit disappointing but I'm sure could have been easily remedied.

Arrived end of school hols Anzac long weekend. The staff could not have been more helpful and lovely. I too have issues booking thru G'Day so will be booking directly next time. The site we had 133 was terrific for our large caravan, however a family camping next door claimed part of our space as they were spread out with big vehicle big annex lots of kids. Kids bouncing large inflated ball against our caravan and on roof. Minor annoyance and shows how times have changed. The pull ring tabs, hair ties, broken discarded small bits from a camp were everywhere after they left at the end of the school holidays. I really do not know how the ground staff cope. One rubbish bin was full to overflowing yet 60 feet away near the ablutions, was a large nearly empty blue bin. I always enjoy staying here, but will try to miss the school holidays next time.
