The hotel is quite new, the facilities are not bad, the reception desk is very warm and helpful to take the luggage to the room, you must praise one, there is a kitchen to cook, the pots and pans are complete, the sheets are not too clean, but for only one night It will be a bit.
Booked 4 nights accommodation in a deluxe double room with 2 Double Beds costing $339/night including breakfast. Friendly helpful checkin. The hotel takes a $50/night (so ours was $200) bond and I was told it would be refunded within 5 working days. (It was subsequently refunded earlier than that.) We were allocated room 228. There is a gated carpark on our side of the complex. Access is via room key in the slot. Dtive close because it is hard to access otherwise This is a large 2 storey complex set amongst gardens with a long walk to the rooms. There is a luggage ramp located near elevators which are situated at the end of the buildings. To access buildings you need to use your room key. Addressing the wifi issue at this hotel, I needed to 'sign up' for free wifi as part of the check in process. Got to the room, it didn't work, but did 1/2 way along the hall. Down to reception & got unsecured wifi details to use. The unsecured wifi was consistent. Hilton need to address the wifi issue. Our room was comfortable, if dated, with a nice balcony overlooking the garden & pool area. Plenty of room for luggage. The beds are comfortable. The air con was quiet & worked well. The bar fridge had some long life milk in it & Instant Tea/Coffee is available, but no biscuits nor bottled water. I mention this due to the price we were paying. The ensuite is smallish with the shower over the bath. A rubber mat & grab handles make it more safe than would normally be the case. Toilettries are in pump action bottles. There is a retractible laundry line over the bath, which is useful. The room is fully serviced every day which we appreciated. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, & we tried both. The Asian one, Hanuman, was very good, with a good wine menu & good choice of food. $102 for 2 main meals, small serve of rice & 2 glasses of wine. I believe it is run independently from Hilton. We also ate 1night at the hotel restaurant, Saltbush. The quality of the food & service was excellent. 2 main meals, of barramundi & salmon & 3 glasses of wine. Gratis rolls & butter for $117. Breakfast is held in the main building. Good selection of food to suit all types. We particularly enjoyed the freshly made omelet, but the pastries were consistently stale. Friendly helpful staff too. All up, this was a comfortable stay for us with pleasant, helpful staff.
Good budget accommodation. The kitchenette provided was good enough to get buy on. We could not leave the aircon on when not in the villa which I did not like. December is very hot day and night in Alice. The villa itself was clean and the pool is really the reason we booked having stayed before and loved the pool. A bit of a walk into town centre but doable. The reception has basic items available including alcohol. Great for families and groups and couples like us, will be staying here again. My only complaint is I stayed for 9 days and would have liked the room given a full service at least once during that time.

The hotel is located in the safe area of Alice Springs. It is an integrated hotel with a casino and a conference center. A typical Western breakfast, but it is satisfying to have such a good breakfast in a desert environment. The bed in the room is large, quiet, and soundproof.
This is not the Ritz Carlton. But it doesn't claim to be and I would definitely stay here again. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and an easy walk to most everything we wanted to do in town. There's a fridge in the room and a hot pot to make instant coffee. Yes you could hear street noise at night and if people on the street are yelling you can hear it in the room. But that was temporary and only one night for a few minutes. (can't control the population...). We didn't want to drive, and this made it easy to walk to all the bars and restaurants, the grocery store, bus stop, etc. Most of the upscale hotels are much farther away so you'd have to get transportation back and forth or just stay on their property. This worked out great for us and I'd stay there again. Just know it's not the Ritz (and Alice Springs isn't Sydney)...
I requested an upstairs room facing the car park & pool.
I live remote from Alice & am aware of issues locally.
I wanted to view my car I. The parking area & up away from the noise.
A young female receptionist who referred to me an older adult as love on arrival, proceeded to put me downstairs by the gate where I am aware of street antics.
I went back & requested a move & was moved by a polite male.
Upstairs facing my car park.
It suits me to stay there as it’s locked at night & tradies stay there & sit out chatting late giving a decreased opportunity for visitors trying to get into your unit.
I booked well ahead & clearly it was not too busy.
I am NZ Indigenous & I felt this female receptionist was quite unprofessional. I suspect decided she could treat me differently to any non indigenous person & put me anywhere.
Not liking it.
Otherwise it was my choice as restaurants & food are good.
A very pleasant place. The staff was extremely nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was rather refreshing! And the food in the restaurant was delicious. Thank you guys
I love this hotel, as this hotel is located in the city center. Good access to shops and supermarket. Even there are some night markets outside the hotel in some special day. Therefore, I do love the location. For the room, the room is so cozy and good! Although I don't like that there are no window in my room. However, I do love that the room is real big and comfortable. Also, there is receptionist from Hong Kong who has helped me a lot! Good!
Amazing staff, the best I have ever met in the world(and I ve travelled 150 countries so far!) they are very helpful and you really feel they make their job with love and passion and you ll feel at home! They even do a beautiful open air cinema with stars and close to a lovely swimming pool. The location is superb! Very close to all the amenities right in the city centre and in a romantic heritage building, with a beautiful magic tree kept by the aborigenal custodians. You can even talk to a friendly member of the aborigenal community for knowing better about the culture. The owners are a super friendly and skilled Young German couple who will try their best for making your vacation unforgettable helping you in every aspect! The bed, rooms, toilets are super clean and comfortable, the kitchen big and tidy and all the people there with good vibrations! Seriously a beautiful unforgettable experience!
