"The hotel is generally nice. Located halfway up a mountain, it's relatively easy to walk from the Latin Bridge, but the uphill climb requires some effort. The hotel has a beautiful view, a terrace, and a nearby supermarket, which is quite nice. The room offers cooking facilities and is well-equipped. However, the mattress is a bit soft, making the small bed a bit cramped. Sarajevo is beautiful, with a subtle sense of melancholy."

"Excellent location, in the old town, three minutes walk from the Latin Bridge. The breakfast is too good for my wife, I choose my own six packages, exquisite and rich. The little brothers at the bar are so hard, and they have to take into account the guests who order meals and the guests who come to stay at the same time. There is no hotel sign on the facade of the building, we have been looking for two and asked for two. The shower flow is a bit small. No TV, no air conditioning. No bottled water."

"Residence Inn Sarajevo is an excellent choice for travelers who value: • a good breakfast to start the day, • being within walking distance of the Old Town and main sights, • strong service and helpful staff, • and solid amenities including a kitchen in the room, gym/sauna, and more. It might be less ideal if you want luxury views or need ultra-luxury surroundings, but for comfort, convenience, and value, it scores highly. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel has a good environment and a superior geographical location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel."

"The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly."

"A wonderful hotel located close to the airport and transportation. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and our room was large. Breakfast was superb but a bit on the cold side. Looking forward to visiting Sarajevo again and staying at Ibis Styles."

"Great hotel with an interesting historical background in a historical city; It's a little over 20 mins walk to the city center, however I choose this hotel because I have a car and this hotel has a very good parking lot for guest. You may take #6 tram to most city sights on this circle line. Hotel breakfast was very good, however the hotel facilities and deco look little dated, and internet was very slow on 8th floor when we were there."

"The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! "The room was very clean, the boss was super nice, our checkin time was too late, the reception was off work, the enthusiastic boss answered the phone or came to help open the door to carry the box, and when we left, he also helped us call the taxi that did not kill the customer to the bus station, and there was also a service to and from the airport. The service is too thoughtful, great praise"

"The room is quite noise with a mosque nearby. The water wasn’t available half our stay but that had something to do with the whole area nonetheless quite frustrating. Apart from that the room was clean and spacious."
