GGuest UserThe apartment booked here is very cost-effective. There is a large bed and a bunk bed. There were only two of us traveling, but it could accommodate 4 people. And the area is much larger than the hotel. The location is near Courtyard by Marriott, and after comparison, we decided to choose a larger apartment. After we arrived to check in, we called the butler and he added us on WeChat to guide us in. The housekeeper responded promptly and enthusiastically. The location is also great, just two blocks away you can cross the bridge to the central area.

AAnton from MoscowAbsolutely amazing stay. Every staff member we met was hospitable and helpful from the very start of the reservation process. The hotel location is perfect: not only inside Baščaršija with its cafes and restaurants, but next to a supermarket and a drugstore. The hotel has its own parking lots located in a one-minute walk. We had a room on the third floor (yes, there's an elevator) with a nice view on the Gazi Husrev-beg mosque. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, a couple of dishes changed every day. The hotel is highly recommended.

SScorpio1122No matter the room or the public bathroom, the hygiene is very clean. The location of the hotel is also very good, just in front of the Pigeon Square. There are many trams stopping in front of the door. Walk about 200 meters is the starting point of the 31E bus, you can take this bus to the East Sarajevo bus station, there is a long-distance bus to Belgrade. The guy at the front desk was a bit displeased and impatient about my poor English, but he still patiently slowed down every sentence and repeated it twice to make sure I understood? .

My only concern is the breakfast time & the service that is provided Customer . Service is 0. It needs to be improved & staff need to be well trained & understand what is customer service. Otherwise its a place to be.

Because Sarajevo is very small and the road is narrow, it is not recommended to drive, walking is the most convenient way to visit. The room is small, small, but very clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, the wall of the entire hotel is a Sarajevo spray plotter, very distinctive, may also be the reason for her name color inn. The room also sent free Evian glass bottled water and bedtime snacks. The details of the hotel are very good, the staff is very warm and the service is very intimate. The breakfast is very rich, and there are many varieties of meat products, fruits and dairy products. Come to Sarajevo, staying at the colorful hotel is a very good choice. Behind the hotel is its own parking lot. I don't know what's going on. We called in advance to make an appointment and arrived at the scene. We said that we could not stop. Although the staff explained to us patiently, it may be the language reason. However, the problem of free parking was finally solved smoothly through Trip .

GGuest UserWonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.

GGuest UserThe room is large, the rooftop balcony has a nice view, the hotel facilities are complete, clean and sanitary. The breakfast is quite rich. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, you have to take a taxi to get there, and it is very hard to walk with luggage. There is a large shopping mall nearby, which takes 10 minutes to walk.

EExorcist228Ну что ж, один из самых низкооцененных мною отелей, не скажу что прям совсем ужасно, но как будто бы можно лучше. Лайк за мужчину который забрал чемоданы со скоростью звука, не успев выйти из такси и поставить поклажу на землю. Лайк, что нашли пуль от кондиционера, потому что в эти дни была температура 30 и хотелось бы перед сном уснуть в прохладе.
- Начнем с расположения, находиться высокооооо в на горе, если будете ходить пешком, то там просто максимально не удобная дорога, на повороте к отелю даже перейти дорогу невозможно нормально. Или такси или риски, что добраться вниз :D но, но, до автобусной станции минут 10(10€), до аэропорта минут 15-20 ехать (20€), в принципе жить можно. До старой части города минут 40 пешком или 40 минут на трамвае или автобусе, проезд стоит 1.8 местной марки.
- Номер: был чрезвычайно маленьким, меньше чем я был в Токио, прикроватный люстры, которые на уровне головы, сделал издеватель какой-то, постоянно из головой замечаешь, можно же было из разнести по сторонам, к чему было так делать... Так как моло места, мало полок и совсем вытекающим. Места супер мало, 2 чемодана и все, перешагиваешь их, чтобы пройти в уборную.
- Завтрак. Нууу, слабенько, совсем простенько, всего лежит так мало, что переживаешь, если возьмёшь дополнительный кусочек чего либо, другим не хватит. Не то, чтобы прям совсем убого, но ожидаешь чего-то более. Не то, чтобы я был привередой каким-то, но завтраки ни о чем...
- Люди. Приветливые, готовые помочь и исправить что могут в меру своих сил, наверное доп бал именно за них и накинул. Может мне достался просто такой маленький номер, не знаю, но ещё раз, я скорее бы не стал у них останавливаться(( в любом случае спасибо за прием, а да, хотелось бы ещё оставить номер замечательного водителя, который готов вас отвести куда угодно, ну в пределах разумного и не за Овер прайс +387 ** *** ***, очень вежливый, пунктуальный и общительный молодой человек, который не обманет и за оговоренную сумму привезет вас в нужное место.
Да и вообще, мне как жителю России было приятно находиться в Боснии, все приветливые, радушные, можете приехать к нам и будетe видеть супер понурые и унылые лица, везде :DD а тут заряжаешься позитивом))

The app showed a much lower price and did not indicate that you would have to pay in cash. This is an unacceptable lag - not having mobile payment, there is nothing to expect from foreign tourists with such a condition.

BBeijingxuxiakeAdvantages: The price is cheap and the room is relatively large. It is very close to Latin Bridge and Pigeon Square. There is a supermarket nearby. The blond lady at the front desk has a very good attitude.
Disadvantages: You need to climb a steep slope to get to the hotel. There is no elevator to go upstairs. Open the window for a tomb-view room. There is a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room.
