A homestay with a very good location. The owner is a middle-aged couple who is very enthusiastic. The rooms are cleaned very cleanly, but the hair dryer is not strong enough, and the facilities need to be improved.

This hotel is a bit away from the city center, on a hillside, there is a hotel parking space at the door, the decoration is very good, there is a modern style, there is an elevator, but the elevator has an inconspicuous step, be careful, the room is relatively large, almost a suite, a master bedroom, a large living room with kitchen, A bathroom, a circle of sofas, for the two of us, a bit too big, can live four people, kitchen utensils are also complete, the room is quiet, hygienic, the heating system is opened, very comfortable, asked the front desk to go to the nearby supermarket, very convenient. The breakfast was very good, I specially cooked local coffee for me, and the service was very good.

Tertiary Less than 5 minutes walk from Bashcharsia and Seville. It is also close to the tram station. The bus 200E stop for the airport can also walk on almost flat roads. There is a supermarket, KONZUM nearby. The scale is small. It is Sunday holidays. There is also a bakery near the tram station. I also do it here on Sundays. Wait a little for hot water to come out. The toilet is heated very close when sitting, and it is easy to hit your legs. Except for that, it is easy to use. Reception The entrance is in the back than you can see on Google Maps. Please go inside the parking lot. It is on the right side. The entrance door is locked. Let's ring the bell and call the staff at first. Check in and you will get an electronic key to unlock the door with the room key. Is it family business? There was a young woman at the reception and then a young man. I was impressed by the good greetings.

The room was very clean, the boss was super nice, our checkin time was too late, the reception was off work, the enthusiastic boss answered the phone or came to help open the door to carry the box, and when we left, he also helped us call the taxi that did not kill the customer to the bus station, and there was also a service to and from the airport. Excellent location, in the old town, three minutes walk from the Latin Bridge. The breakfast is too good for my wife, I choose my own six packages, exquisite and rich. The little brothers at the bar are so hard, and they have to take into account the guests who order meals and the guests who come to stay at the same time. There is no hotel sign on the facade of the building, we have been looking for two and asked for two. The shower flow is a bit small. No TV, no air conditioning. No bottled water.

We loved our two night stay at this hotel. It’s super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a kitchenette and all necessities. Breakfast is amazing with different Bosnian dishes cooked each day and the usual breakfast items. Garage is free and best if you come by car as it’s a steep climb from the main road. Taxis are cheap and hotel does transfers for 30KM each way. Bus stop is about a 15 minute walk from hotel. Highly recommend and thank you for an amazing experience!

The hotel is very good. The front desk is very considerate. The taxi service is very convenient. Hygiene: clean Facilities: Everything you need is there, even slippers Environment: Larger than other hotels of the same level in Europe Service: Needless to say, it’s so attentive.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.
