Great service at the hotel from the reception to the cocktail bar to the breakfast staff. Rooms we’re comfortable with a comfy bed and all you require for a few nights away. Location was €10 taxi from Centraal Station or a 20min walk through a few lovely parks. Great park on doorstep of hotel with ducks and a large pond and 3-4 min walk from Tootbus stop. Variety of restaurants/places to drink outside of the hotel away from the busy central area.

It was a very nice and sensible hotel. The location was a bit far from the tourist spot but close to the Metro and railway and was convenient. The staff and room cleaning were very kind and friendly. There was a waffle to bake breakfast by myself and it was delicious. I want to use it again if I travel to Brussels.

Staying at Aloft in China is as good as ever. The girl at the front desk gave free slippers and pointed out the way for free parking. Very good parking near the weekend. There is a Carrefour convenience store and a good bakery. There is no need to clean up and give 5 Euro coupons, and the packaged breakfast is 6.5 Euros and it is ready to use. Buy one get one free for some drinks in the happy hour downstairs bar.

Affordable rooms are generally good, the traffic is very convenient, the subway station is downstairs, the 24-hour front desk, you can't take the key out of the hotel, you have to ask the front desk every time, the windows are a bit small, everything else is good👍

Staff is great. Building is wonderful. There was no breakfast this time but it was because of the COVID they closed the restaurant. The location of the hotel is in a good place in Brussels.I reccommend this hotel for everyone.

Very good and decent hotel, friendly and accommodating staff. It was very good that the reception was open the entire night. We had to stay because our train got cancelled, so we were looking for a hotel past midnight. It was too warm to sleep. But then again, I was staying during a heatwave. I do not recommend airco (perhaps it was there but I couldn't find it). But I do recommend the hotel to green the surroundings and outside roofs and walls, because that can cool down the local temperature with 4 degrees.

The apartment was excellent. We were there for a month and will stay there again hopefully when we return to Brussels again. Yes there are fittings that are showing their age but the apartment was clean and comfortable. The position regarding access to transport could not be better. There were a couple of minor issues we had when we first arrived such as a tap that would not turn off, but these were dealt with immediately upon receiving my email. To me that is more important than if everything runs smoothy.

A well-regulated hotel, an extra bed, a good location, right next to the Luxembourg train station, breakfast is good, there is a parking lot.

We had a room on the first floor. Upon entering, we were missing linens for the fold-out sofa bed and the airco didn’t work. Called reception and bath issues were fixed quickly. Breakfast was great at the Renaissance next door. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Decent WiFi speed. On Friday night there was a raging party in the renaissance ballroom that didn’t quiet down as promised after 22:00. We called and nobody answered. Called several times, messaged through the app, and finally my wife went to stand in the queue of guests who couldn’t sleep. After a bit of pushing we were moved to another room, farther away from the noise. Glad the issue was sorted but the amount of noise was simply unacceptable for this property late at night and the staff was unable or unwilling to address it, leading to having to re-room at least half a dozen guests that we saw.

Very good five-star hotel, not only quiet and comfortable, the toiletries provided by the bathroom are very intimate and easy to use, next time you have the opportunity to come to Brussels to definitely stay here!
