"I saw a few small black bugs in the room, so if you don't like bugs, you may want to be careful. It didn't bother me, so I was able to stay there without any inconvenience or discomfort. The elevator and doors were still in their old-fashioned form, which was quite charming. The old lady at the front desk was very lovely and explained things to me carefully, so overall I was satisfied."

"Very clean and tidy, there is coffee, milk and hot cocoa downstairs for you to pick up, which is great. There is a commercial street outside and it is close to the supermarket."

"Location and the property are very nice nearby all the highlighted spots. House keeper is very helpful. (Room entry card was not working, I got a big help from her.) I deducted 1 point from the service of reception once she ignored my request of small spoon. Overall is great."

"The room is clean. The bottom of the bunk bed was small and the upper one was more comfortable. It happened that there were only two people in a 6-person room, so bed making was not a pain. When making beds, I found a stain like a spill on the futon cover. It took 5 minutes to get hot water. Other than that, there is no complaint. You can walk to the tourist spots. The tram ride fee is high for Japanese people, so I walked to Hento Sint Peters station for about 30 minutes to save money."

"The room was fine. We needed extra bedding and 2 nice staff came immediately and made the extra bed for us. However! We arrived with a reservation confirmation of 2 adults 1 child. Their confirmation had 2 people therefore the room they had was too small. They did have another room for 3 they said we could have but it would be 30 euros extra. At the time we simply agreed and paid as there was a big queue behind us and the amount was small. Buttons seemed like a con to extract more money from us, it wasn't our mistake as we had confirmation for 3 people at the designated price. It's a shame as I really liked Ghent and will certainly return but there are other hotels to choose from."

"Overall it's good, very close to the city center and convenient for travel. The socket has USB, even if you don't bring an adapter, it will be fine. The breakfast is rich. The disadvantage is that the room is small, suitable for one person, but it can also be used for two people, and the bathroom is very crowded. Hygiene needs to be improved, there are still residues on the toilet seat😭"

"Very small room with no amenities provided. Make sure bring your toothbrush and no kettle, cup too. 15 mins walk to city centre, not bad. But very closed to the rail station and intercity bus station."

"The hotel is not much like a European family hotel. There were only three rooms left at that time. The room facilities are relatively spacious. It is a bit expensive later. It would be more suitable for traveling with children. The receptionist is very thoughtful. The windows facing the street are not noisy. It is close to the train station and is very friendly with luggage."
