"This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent. A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps. There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all. Would definitely come back to this hotel again !"

"Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou."

"Great, clean, modern hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. During my trips to China, this was the only hotel where staff actively approached me to offer assistance, even guiding me around to ensure I didn’t get lost. While a bit more English would be helpful, it’s understandable given that Cangzhou doesn’t see many tourists. I was slightly unsure if there was a restaurant where I could get coffee at any time. Breakfast was good, but the gym felt small and below average compared to other hotels in Cangzhou."

"I usually come to this hotel when I come to Cangzhou but this time the room was very dirty At first there was a insect going in the bathroom and I went down and changed our room and got into a new room the new room had spider webs in middle of the 2 beds and it was really dirty probably would never come to this hotel if its this dirty and they room was very cold and they brought this in"

"Newly opened this year, in the Pearl Trade City, the hotel is not new, the room is large, clean, the environment is good, the service is first-class, shopping is very convenient, there is free breakfast, breakfast is good and delicious, there is free parking 🅿️ Parking opposite the hotel is convenient, eating around is also convenient, like it, Stay here next time."

"This was an experience that exceeded my expectations! I almost never write reviews, but I wanted to share this one anyway! Their breakfast was excellent, not only varied but also changing during my two-day stay! The food was great too; the hot dishes tasted just like home, and I tried them all! 😜 Much better than typical fast food options!! They even had freshly made pancakes. The service was professional. When foreign tourists had language barriers, the staff would proactively bring the cooked self-service main dishes to their tables!! On check-out, I discovered a small, romantic, and pleasant feature behind the lobby ☀️ There are so many highlights that I missed in my previous reviews, which is a bit of a shame. I wanted to share this with everyone!! This was one of the reasons I decided to extend my stay this time."

"The hotel is right opposite Cangzhou West Railway Station, a real boon for high-speed rail passengers! The station looks like it's still under construction; it'll definitely be busier in the future! There might be some noise from passing trains during the day, but there aren't many trains at night, so your rest won't be disturbed! The hotel facilities and service are excellent, and the staff are very welcoming! The lobby and the All Seasons Hotel are almost connected, so don't get them mixed up! The lobby's decoration is quite unique; I noticed it when I checked in, and later, after visiting the Iron Lion Scenic Area, I guessed it was modeled after local straw craftsmanship 😁"

"Staff is friendly and helpful. Dry Cleaning/laundry is the best I have experienced in my frequent travel. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of dishes. Special recognition to Miss Yun. Excellent spoken English and communication. Extremely helpful."
