GGuest UserTianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

MM61446****I only intended to stay one night, but I was pleasantly surprised by many unexpected delights.
Upon entering the room, I was greeted with welcome fruit and a handwritten welcome card—a small detail that instantly warmed my heart. The mattress and pillows in the room were very supportive and gentle on the neck, allowing me, someone who has trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds, to sleep soundly until morning. Returning to the room in the evening, I found that the turndown service had prepared slippers and soft lighting—a very thoughtful touch.
What touched me most was that when I casually asked the front desk about good local restaurants nearby, they not only had a specially designed map but also made recommendations based on our tastes—and we didn't disappoint!
Thanks to the hotel's attentiveness, we felt this was more than just a stay; it was a meticulously cared-for journey.
Manager Qianqian at the front desk provided exceptional service, striving to meet all our needs. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Cangzhou next time.

I found this treasure hotel, from the warm reception at the front desk when I checked in, to the intimate help to upgrade the room type, to the departure of the next day, the whole process makes people feel cared for. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here! The overall decoration style of the hotel is simple, but the room is particularly well lit, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and a super comfortable sleep relieves the fatigue of the day. The parking lot is particularly convenient to enter and exit. It is2.5 kilometers away from Nanchuan Building.

GGuest UserThere is a park opposite and Wanda is diagonally opposite. The surrounding transportation is convenient. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk service is friendly. There are plenty of parking spaces. Parking is free for guests staying in the hotel.

The interesting thing about the room is that it originally had no windows, but windows and curtain rods were decorated 😂😂😂😂
The only drawback is that there are no windows and the lighting is not good. Of course, it's possible that the room I booked was too cheap.
Breakfast is good. This price is still very competitive early on.

KKasper KasperFirst and foremost, I will remember the friendliness of the staff.
The building is a bit old, but passable. It is located out of the city center and within an industrial zone, but I became satisfied with the location when I found out that just a few hundred meters away is a street with many busy restaurants. Hungry tummy approved.
I did not go, but there is a club just next door which must be convenient if you want to party. The parking is spatious, so if you come by car you shouldn't have problems.

NNoah DelanoWhat a great deal this stay was. Was very comfortable. The only downsides were the windows are a little too thin and the cleaners are way too loud. And I don’t think they ever stop cleaning. Maybe they are vampire cleaners who knows. Got free water as well!
And yo the receptionists are so lovely. I think I’m in love with one of them, I loved the way she said bye bye.
But aye, good craic, great stay. Perhaps my favourite stay in all of China.

GGuest UserThe hotel has an underground parking lot and ground parking is also available. There are plenty of parking spaces, which is very suitable for self-driving tourists. The room is tidy, the bedding is clean, and there are many varieties of breakfast. I am very satisfied with the food. The only thing that needs improvement is that the check-in cannot be done in time. It makes customers wait for a long time. Overall, it is still very good.
