The front desk service was excellent, breakfast was good, and the staff (especially the young lady) were very friendly and helpful.

Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

環境：非常可以的，離主要景點都很近，周邊吃飯購物都很方便，很多景點步行即可前往 衞生：做的不錯，屋內很整潔，標間自帶沙發，廁所乾濕分離，這點很好 設施：很齊全，還自帶個小冰箱，我特喜歡喝冷飲，哈哈哈。7樓還有健身房，4層是吃早餐的地方。早餐種類很豐富，相當不錯，還有滄州當地特色美食，我們吃到撐。自帶停車場，也是可以的，可以滿足停車需求。 服務：前台小姐姐們很熱情，臨走的時候，還送了伴手禮，相當NICE。衞生清潔人員很主動，非常熱情。停車場工作人員也很主動熱情。4樓餐廳大姐的服務希望有待提高呀！ 我們是一家4口出遊，帶了兩個長者，訂了兩個標間，挺喜歡亞汀酒店的風格，長者住的很滿意，性價比很高，下次來滄州旅遊還會選擇亞汀酒店。

I chose this hotel for a family trip and overall, the experience was great. The room was spacious, so it didn't feel cramped. It was also very clean, and the toiletries were good quality, which was reassuring to use. The front desk staff were very thoughtful and even gave us extra sets of toiletries.

The hotel has a good location, parking is convenient 🅿️, the room is clean and tidy, and the European light luxury style is very popular with my family. The variety of breakfast needs to be improved, and the hotel service is professional and efficient! Perhaps due to the National Day holiday, the room was fully booked. When I checked in on the first day, I was assigned a room behind the billboard on the third floor. The room was too dark. Then contact the front desk to solve it easily! satisfy!

A very nice hotel with excellent service. The front desk is so nice to talk to. I booked a windowless room and was upgraded to a new room type. The room was very clean. When they cleaned the room, they changed everything. The breakfast was also very delicious. I loved it. I will definitely come to this hotel again when I come to Cangzhou in the future! Give a good review, it is highly recommended! The manager's service efficiency is very high!

With children, it is very convenient and fast across the road from the museum. The decoration and equipment of the hotel are also very good, clean and tidy. We all like it very much and recommend staying.
