This newly opened hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities are new, the room is spacious, well-lit, and spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the mattress was even from Mousse. Manager Tan provided warm, patient, meticulous, and professional service. Overall, it was a perfect experience, highly recommended!

This hotel is really great. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The biggest surprise was the robot service! I ordered takeout late at night because I was hungry, and the little guy took the elevator all the way to my door. It was so convenient, a true godsend for lazy people like me. The hotel also has charging stations, so if you're driving an electric car, you don't have to worry at all. You can just park and charge, which is incredibly convenient. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, I feel like I made the right choice, and I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in town.

Good location right across a mall. The place seems to be quite desolated but not sure if it is because it’s a small city in the first place. Rooms are spacey but personally not a fan of carpet floors. Toilet and bathroom is separated which is nice. On the top floor there’s a seafood teriyaki buffet and it has a great selection at a good price! Worth going

This is a well-established four-star hotel; the service is impeccable. The rooms are a bit small, but the soundproofing is good. They're currently offering a discount on their hot pot chicken at the restaurant, which is great.

The room was very average, a common problem in older star-rated hotels. The facilities were old and carpeted. In addition, the breakfast dishes were a bit simple, but they even served white rice. This is the only thing I have seen in hotels of all sizes. The most popular white rice is usually fried rice. There are only a few dishes, so how can you let people eat them? Not quite worthy of four-star standards. Overall it's okay, the price is not expensive after all.
