GGuest UserThe details of the Ward Hotel are simply too intimate. The experience is directly full. It is only 5 minutes drive from the highway intersection. Self-driving free parking bed is super convenient. Opened in 2024. The facilities are all new. The room is spacious, bright and clean. Smart screen projection free tea coffee is very intimate. Check in at the front desk. Efficient and free upgraded room, breakfast, a rich variety of Chinese and Western, come back next time

GGuest UserRenqiu has few new hotels that can keep up with the times. Many hotels in Renqiu are old, and even many homestays are broken and smelly. This newly built environment is really good, the beds are particularly comfortable, and the front desk service is also very good and intimate. The little beauty at the front desk is really intimate service, very pleasant stay experience, this hotel also has a reception place, the second and third floors seem to be the kind that can invite guests to eat, we also discuss the next New Year's Eve dinner here 😁

The staff were all smiles throughout, processed our paperwork incredibly quickly, patiently answered all our questions, and proactively informed us about the hotel's facilities and nearby conveniences. When we forgot something, they carefully kept it safe and contacted us promptly – so reliable! Their warm farewell at check-out was truly heartwarming; I have to give them full marks!

4. This stay was fantastic! The hotel's elegant decor, spacious and bright rooms, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent sleep quality were all excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient in check-in. The breakfast selection was plentiful, including local specialties. Special praise goes to the room service; their prompt response made me feel right at home. Highly recommended!

The facilities of the European castle-style hotel are also very complete, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the stay experience is very good. GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is good, diagonally opposite Shell Square. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to Shell Park. There are many places to eat around. The room is very large, the inner height should be 3m or more. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, with not only a shower room but also a bathtub. This one bathroom is equivalent to two in some hotels. The facilities inside are very good, and there is also a small refrigerator. The sofas and chairs are very comfortable and the internet is very good. Very comfortable to live in.
