"I absolutely love this hotel! I first discovered it ten years ago during my initial visit to Cangzhou, and ever since, whenever I pass through, I always choose to stay here. After all these years, the hotel is still so well-maintained, which really shows their high standards. The lobby is grand, bright, and features cultural elements, offering complimentary drinks and snacks to guests. The front desk staff are warm, professional, and patient, and the lobby manager is very friendly, proactively engaging with guests and introducing local attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with windows for ventilation and humidifiers. The facilities are meticulously maintained, especially the bathroom and shower, which have grab bars for safety – a thoughtful touch. The toiletries are also high-quality. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and plentiful, with good quality. They deliver drinks, yogurt, and fruit to the room, and phone requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The parking lot is large enough, and the attendants are polite and courteous. The hotel's location is convenient, right off the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The attention to detail in their service truly reflects how much they value the customer experience. Highly recommended!"

"The room was spacious with a great view, and the hotel is conveniently located near Cangzhou West Station. The facilities are good, though the drain was a bit slow. Other than that, everything was excellent, and the price was reasonable. I'd definitely book here again."

"I only intended to stay one night, but I was pleasantly surprised by many unexpected delights. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with welcome fruit and a handwritten welcome card—a small detail that instantly warmed my heart. The mattress and pillows in the room were very supportive and gentle on the neck, allowing me, someone who has trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds, to sleep soundly until morning. Returning to the room in the evening, I found that the turndown service had prepared slippers and soft lighting—a very thoughtful touch. What touched me most was that when I casually asked the front desk about good local restaurants nearby, they not only had a specially designed map but also made recommendations based on our tastes—and we didn't disappoint! Thanks to the hotel's attentiveness, we felt this was more than just a stay; it was a meticulously cared-for journey. Manager Qianqian at the front desk provided exceptional service, striving to meet all our needs. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Cangzhou next time."

"The hotel environment is excellent. The room is spacious and clean, and the location is superb. It's an easy walk to GuanGuan Land, the Grand Canal Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall, and the Chemical Plant Ruins. Getting a taxi to Nanchuan Old Street at night is also very convenient. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including local specialties like Donkey Burger and Lamb Tripe Soup, both of which taste great. The front desk staff are friendly, attentive to details, and provide thoughtful service. It was a perfect stay."

"The hotel is located right within the park, so it's quiet and comfortable for sleeping at night. In the morning, after checking out, you can just stroll directly into the large park. The twin beds can be pushed together, which is convenient if you're traveling with kids, so I recommend it for families."

"This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent. A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps. There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all. Would definitely come back to this hotel again !"

"Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou."

"Xiao Li at the hotel reception was very attentive, quickly checking me in and resolving any issues promptly. The room was spacious, bright, cozy, and comfortable, with a comfortable bed, a great environment, and good natural light! It even had a table. It was very quiet. The hotel breakfast was incredibly satisfying. I'm usually very picky about breakfast, but this hotel's breakfast completely exceeded my expectations. The ingredients were very fresh, the taste was amazing, and the variety was abundant. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with separate sections for cold and hot dishes. Plus, it's very close to the shopping street, making it convenient and quick to get around. A very good hotel!"

"The hotel offers complimentary snacks, which are convenient to take when you're out and about. It's very close to tourist attractions, and a taxi to Nanchuan Old Street is only about 10 yuan. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. Nearby attractions include the museum, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Nanchuan Old Street, and boat tours, all of which are great. There's also a snack street in the residential complex opposite the hotel. It's a really good hotel with excellent parking and great value for money. The front office manager is truly available on call, even replying to WeChat messages at midnight. The next day, when Cangzhou's temperature dropped, they proactively contacted me to inform me about the cold weather and advised me to add more layers. This is truly personalized service. Thumbs up! "The waiters and sisters are very warm and thoughtful. We are old. If we wake up in the middle of the night, it is not easy to fall asleep, and it affects the next day. The room is not soundproof. I heard strange sounds in the middle of the night. I woke up at three o'clock and took a sleeping pill to fall asleep. I told the waiter that she said that there was no one next to us 307, but obviously 308 also lived. I don't know the others, but Miss Sister had to give me a hand cream to apologize. There was also a free parking lot when we booked the room, but there was no place at the door when we arrived. Let us stop in the community. It doesn't matter if we stop in the community. It's not too far. But in the morning, when we waited to set off for a trip, the car was blocked. Can't get out, at least waited for more than half an hour, delaying our travel time."
