The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and attentive, and they even proactively introduced the hotel's special services.
The room design continued the brand's consistent Eastern aesthetic style, with natural wood tones paired with smart home devices, creating a look that was both natural and modern. The bedding was soft and comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud; the bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, showing attention to detail. I especially loved the tea set in the room and the complimentary tea; brewing a pot of tea and relaxing by the window instantly dispelled the fatigue of my journey.
What impressed me most was the warmth of the service—from the heartwarming greeting upon my late-night return to the complimentary bottled water upon check-out, every detail demonstrated humanistic care. Ji Hotel interprets ”just the right amount of comfort” through its attention to detail, making it an absolutely high-quality choice with excellent value for money! I will definitely choose it again for my next trip!
