"10/10 Recommend! Lovely place to stay! Big, spacious and clean! It is just beside the river and at a quieter place. Perfect for light sleepers. It’s also near to the train station. The boss is so warm and nice. He picked us up from the train station, but do arrange with them via Trip/Wechat. He helped with all the luggages and introduced us the place. A big shoutout to him for sending us back to the train station because we had too many big luggages and he was afraid that no cab would pick us up in time. Breakfast provided which was healthy and lady said could refill! Free MiaoZu costume (can try but advice to go to other stores that are cheaper if you would like to take many photos done by professionals)"

"Among the many hotels available in Fenghuang Ancient City, I chose this one. Even before checking in, I received warm reminders and guidance. Upon arrival, I found it truly lived up to expectations; the moment I stepped in, it felt very cozy and comfortable. I booked a deluxe room, which was incredibly spacious. Noticing we had a child, the butler proactively arranged for extra bottled water. The room's view was fantastic and became a real highlight of our trip. Stepping out, you're immediately greeted by scenic views, and it's very convenient to take a stroll along the river to enjoy the scenery."

"Convenient location. Only 3 minutes walk from 虹橋 which the taxi can drop off. Located by the river, beautiful view and good vibe in the surrounding area. The owner is very responsive in all communication. Our room is very clean, comfortable and well presented. Walkable to all major attractions, bars, restaurants and cafes. Since he apartment is near the bars, it was a bit noisy at the start, they became quiet down after 11.30pm. Highly recommended."

"Our family stayed 2 adult and 2 children in their 5th floor room. Spacious with great view of the river and part of the ancient town. Area is not noisy and far from clubs and bars from the other side of the town. Walking distance from main attraction. Room is clean and tidy with great water pressure. Our host is very friendly and accommodating and made us feel at home. They provide 1 set of traditional costume and you can rent costumes for the rest of the family with minimal charge. It became one of the highlights of our trip. They even helped us get taxi back to the highspeed rail. I definitely recommend this homestay. 😊"

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It far exceeded our expectations; we never thought we'd find such a great hotel in the ancient city. From the moment we got out of the car, it was one surprise after another. The driver who picked us up gave us a detailed introduction to many things. Upon arrival, our butler, Kele, checked us in and provided excellent butler service, meticulously helping us with all sorts of issues. Truly amazing! We'll definitely look for Kele the next time we visit. Highly, highly recommend! A super satisfying trip!"

"Facilities: The room comes with a washing machine, towel dryer, bathtub, crib, and a smart toilet. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: First-rate river view, absolutely picturesque! The morning sun is especially beautiful. Service: It's located on the other side of Feng Bridge, which can be a bit tricky to find for first-timers, so the owner specifically came out to pick me up."

"The room is very spacious, I really like the decor, and the bedding is very comfortable. The location is good, quiet yet convenient. The room view is very pleasant. Breakfast is rich and varied. The late-night congee is a very thoughtful touch. Since there's no Didi (ride-hailing app) in the ancient city, you have to take a taxi or public bus. Taxis are also scarce; I waited by the roadside for a while before luckily flagging one down. I hope the front desk could provide some taxi drivers' phone numbers to help guests avoid difficulty finding a ride back."

"The location is a bit distant from the main area.  It’s walkable and pretty on a nice weather, but will be unpleasant if it were raining or hot.  The room is nice with good fixtures.  Windows are thick and pretty sound proof.  Water pressure in the shower is weak.  Overall the stay was comfortable.  Because of the location, you cannot take public transportation to the hotel.  However, if you are concerned about breaking your luggage wheels, this hotel is not far from a main road so you won’t need to wheel your luggage on stone road too much."

"As a food lover, the location of this place is perfect. The free pick-up and drop-off made me look forward to a feast from the moment I arrived. It is only a few minutes' walk to integrate into the map of food on both sides of the Tuojiang River, from street food to local restaurants, and it is extremely convenient to explore. The 24-hour butler is like a ”living map of food,” recommending restaurants and hidden shops without any mistakes, and helping to book popular seats. The room is comfortable enough to soothe the tired legs after a long walk. When taking a bath, the plant fragrance of that set of customized washing products can cleverly neutralize the smell of various foods, making the body and mind return to freshness. For foodies, this is not only a place to sleep, but also a base camp for taste exploration."
