"This is the first time we stayed with Mehood Lestie in China, and we’re happy with the service provided by all the staff. They made us feel welcome and at home. The room is nice and clean. The free laundry room is a plus especially for travellers like us, who are spending long time travelling in China. They provide free bottled water in the room as well as in the reception and by the lift of every floor. The staff reacted quickly when I complained about cigarette smoke in our room on the first evening we stayed, which I suspected some guests were smoking by the window at the corridor. After they checked and the smell of cigarette smoke was gone. It’s not the hotel’s fault as they can’t always monitor what guests will do, and there are non-smoking signs everywhere in the hotel. Unfortunately, there are always some guests who have no consideration at all. Apart from this slight issue which is not the hotel fault, I recommended the hotel!"

"We stayed at the hotel on the way to Xinjiang. We didn't know the entrance to the underground parking lot before we arrived. We only found out that we had to go back more than 100 meters to enter the underground parking lot when we arrived at the hotel. We would like to praise the security guard who was on duty on the afternoon of July 9th for patiently guiding us to park. The underground parking lot was clearly marked, the hotel environment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bath water was good, disposable toilet covers, bath towels and towels were provided, fruit yogurt was given, free drinks were available in the refrigerator, and the breakfast was rich, including crabs, fish, crispy ribs and various vegetable snacks, etc. The staff was enthusiastic. Disadvantages: There are few sockets in the room, and the shower room partition leaks, causing water around the toilet, which poses a safety hazard."

"The best hotel I stayed at during my trip to the Hexi Corridor: Facilities: Smart technology throughout the room, excellent air conditioning and heating, smart toilets in every room, and a restaurant and gym on the first floor. Cleanliness: Spotless rooms, modern and spacious lobby. Environment: Very close to the city center and Jiayuguan Scenic Area, parking available in the backyard, and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. Service: The receptionist was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions promptly. She even upgraded my room and gave me a complimentary gift. Breakfast: Here's the highlight! For someone who frequently travels for business and stays in hotels, this hotel's breakfast was simply phenomenal. They had salmon, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall soup, and the selection rivaled that of a buffet at a major city hotel. In summary, a highly recommended hotel."

"Xiao Du in the restaurant provided great service. She was concerned that we might not be able to eat a lot of dishes due to religious reasons, so she provided service to us multiple times. She was proactive and enthusiastic, which was really nice. The hotel is in a good location, with many snack bars nearby (turn right downstairs). It only costs 6 yuan to take a taxi to Yingbin Lake. The Mingjiahui shopping district next to the lake is very good for shopping and has many snack bars to choose from. The hotel has no air conditioning, so the temperature can only be adjusted by opening windows and adjusting the fan intensity. This afternoon I went to the front desk to ask for ice cubes, she turned around and asked someone to get them, and about two minutes later no one showed up, then the more senior person came out and asked me what I wanted, and she helped me get the ice cubes herself, while the other three sat next to me and played with their phones, and no one actually did anything. (The senior mouthed to her that someone didn’t get the ice cubes) The lady at the counter said calmly, Yes. The front desk service attitude could be more positive. . real. . The hotel's shuttle service to the Great Wall and Jiayuguan City is a plus. I hope the front desk can proactively remind the driver that he gets off work at 6:00, so that guests can plan ahead, instead of informing them at 6:00. . The hotel provides simple afternoon tea snacks in the afternoon."

"The room was small for a family room, and we were unable to make the air conditioning unit work well, thus my children had problems to sleep. However, the staff were very helpful, and I recommend the hotel because of the staff and the location, with nice restaurants nearby. I recommend to the hotel the installation of slow car charging stations in the parking, as it would create a new source of revenue"

"The biggest surprise during this stay was definitely the hotel's gym and laundry room – they truly elevated convenience to another level! The gym was fully equipped with everything you could need – treadmills, dumbbells, elliptical machines, etc. – and the space was clean and bright. Getting in a quick 30-minute workout before heading out each day left me feeling incredibly energized. The laundry room was a real lifesaver! Not only did it have automatic washing machines, but also dryers and even laundry detergent. My clothes came out soft and fresh after drying, meaning I no longer had to travel with a bag full of dirty laundry. On top of that, the room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the front desk service was incredibly attentive. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"Fantastic hotel! The staff was super nice upon check in, we arrived quite early but they made sure we got a room so we could already go inside. We even got a free upgrade. The room was very spacious, super clean and with a lot of good amenities. One of the better rooms I've stayed in, in China. The location is very good too, close to some shopping, a bunch or restaurants, public transport and a mall. Would stay again!"

"Overall, decent stay. The hotel has a great aesthetic to it, although it can be a bit dark and dim at night. The room lights match this aesthetic and are pretty dim as well. The room itself was a bit on the smaller side, with a bathroom door that doesn't give much room for you to enter between its swing range and the toilet. The bathroom door did not seal well and water got all over the floor. There isn't any space in the bathroom to put your stuff, and only the shower door handle to hang your towel. There isn't a strong cigarette smell in the lobby or room which is a pleasant surprise compared to most chinese hotels, only a slight lingering smell in the hallways. Breakfast which was included was very nice. The hotel is on a street with decent amount of restaurants and shops. Location wise I don't think there's much to do in the city and one would mostly travel by taxi or didi anyway. The staff were very pleasant and one of them even let me stay in my room until 4pm without charge since my train wasn't departing until the evening."
