"The view is stunning, but the location is difficult to get to (it is not clear on the maps). I would not bring a heavy suitcase because you will encounter stairs and pathways (it is not directly accessible by car so you will have to carry your belongings. It was very clean and the rooms were large. The A/C worked and it was sound insulated. The food was delicious. The service was great, but they didn't know I spoke mandarin and one of the boys working was complaining about our luggage right in front of us. A children's TV show was being played in the lobby so loudly it could be heard from inside the room on the fourth floor. If you are an early sleeper, do not stay here because you can hear music from the town until about 10pm. I would not spend as much time as I did here again."

"I would absolutely recommend this place, the owners were so nice, it was clean, and the view was stunning. Service: If you contact them up front, they will also come to pick you up from the parking lot, and also bring you back to the parking lot the day you leave. I was also able to try on some traditional minority clothes and take photos from the hotel balcony which was great. Room: I booked a room with a view. Having breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the view of the rice terraces was so relaxing and nice. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and I found everything to be very clean. Location: Very convenient. Not too far from the road so luggage doesn't need to be carried far, and you can reach the Seven Stars and a Moon viewing platform (七星伴月观景台) , as well as the Nine Dragons and Five Tigers viewing platform (九龙五虎观景台) within 20-30 minutes on foot (if you're used to climbing stairs, otherwise it might take a little longer). The views from both places were also truly amazing and I recommend going at sunrise or sunset too. Overall, an amazing stay!"

"Mama and I had such a great experience here on our 3-day (2-night) trip to the 龙脊 rice terraces. Cannot recommend these guys enough! They were so friendly from the start and service was AMAZING.  We got quite lucky with our room. We were able to catch the sunrise every morning coming over the “back of the dragon”. Location was great too, being not too far from the 九龙五虎 and 七星半月 observation decks. Aside from the view, the place was clean with the usual amenities. Their home-cooked Guilin specialty meals also made for great dinner. Almost everything was home grown and locally sourced, and oh so tasty!  They were also great with our check-out and send-off, helping us organise a car/driver to our next stop (Yangshou) and a little farewell token that read “ 一生平安” which translates to “a lifetime of peace and safety”. We even picked up some of their monk fruit (羅漢果) and passion fruit (百香果) before we left! Thank you for making us feel so welcome 西窗月! Highly recommend booking with them! ☺️👌🏼"

"We had an amazing stay, the view was spectacular and the staff were extremely hospitable. On our last day we had trouble getting to the neighbouring town (Dazhai) to sightsee, however the hotel staff were able to help us out, drove us there, and then even back to Guilin City to our next accommodation! The hotel also serves food, so breakfast and dinner were no problem. The food was delicious and authentic, made with local ingredients. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family to stay here on their next trip."

"AMAZING😍 This is an incredible place! The hotel is perfectly situated with the best views. The rooms are new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious! You can just relax there and soak in the magnificent views. There's a nearby viewing platform perfect for capturing stunning photos. And a beautiful swimming pool offering panoramic terrace views! Everything here is simply perfect! "Pros: The room was quite spacious and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful views of the terraced fields right from our balcony. The owner was incredibly hospitable and even helped us with our luggage. Cons: However, there were a few issues. The balcony door lacked a lock, which made us feel quite uneasy and unable to sleep soundly. Hand soap was not provided, and some power outlets were faulty, causing plugs to fit loosely. Additionally, the frosted glass wall separating the bathroom/shower was quite transparent, making it easy to see through – definitely not ideal for families."

"My wife and I stayed for 3D 2N in their Panorama room and had an amazing time. The room is awesome, 180 degree view of the rice terraces. The family that runs this place were so attentive and helpful— showed us where to hike, what to look for. Friendly service at every turn. The resort also provides free pickup and standoff by car to various destinations around Dazhai. Highly recommend you to stay here for a few days as a base to explore the region."

"Our stay here was really great. The room was spacious, clean, and bright with a view of the rice terraces right in front. The large balcony was an added plus. The location is walking distance to multiple viewpoints in the rice fields. The owners are incredibly friendly and helped us book a shuttle bus from Guilin to Dazhai, picked us up from the bus stop, and dropped us off there again at the end of the trip. Breakfast was included and very good, Chinese style noodle soup, eggs, corn, and steamed buns. You can wash your laundry at the hotel too which was convenient. Only thing was the pool seemed a bit dirty, so we ended up not using it. I would definitely stay there again."

"Highly recommended! The owner of the B&B is so nice. We took the bus to the Dazhai parking lot, and he picked us up in his pickup truck. So cool! 😁 Then we went to the cable car in the afternoon, and the owner even gave us a ride. On our last day, we went to the No. 2 viewing platform to play, but we were a bit rushed back, so the owner told us to go directly to the Dazhai parking lot. He helped us deliver our luggage to the parking lot and met us there. I was so touched and grateful! !!! The B&B environment is also great, exactly like the pictures. The room not only has a refrigerator, but also a washing machine, the toilet is smart, and the curtains are automatic. It completely exceeded our expectations. Who knows the feeling of waking up in the morning and opening the curtains to see the terraced fields outside? !!! I really recommend staying at this B&B when you visit Longji! !!!"

"The guesthouse is ideally located, just a stone's throw from the Jinfoding Observation Deck. It's newly decorated and spotlessly clean. The view from the scenic rooms is absolutely breathtaking, and at night, you can even see the Milky Way! Gazing at the sky full of stars directly overhead was incredibly therapeutic and a delightful surprise. The owner provides fantastic service, offering complimentary round-trip transfers to Jinfoding, which saves you the cable car fee. During the off-season, the owner even upgraded our room for free, making the experience truly exceptional. The restaurant serves incredibly delicious dishes made from ingredients grown and raised by the owner themselves – their own vegetables, chickens, and ducks. Highly recommended!"
