"Facilities: Overall, it has a Japanese style. The public areas are very photogenic, and the rooms aren't as small as I imagined.
Cleanliness: The LED strip light on the bathroom mirror in room 301 was detached, but everything else was fine.
Environment: Pretty good, the hot spring was very comfortable.
Service: This needs some serious discussion. First, before booking the hotel, I asked if they offered cakes for purchase or as a gift. The hotel butler said they did, but when I sent a message about it on the day, they didn't reply at all, making communication extremely difficult. Finally, I had to ask someone else to understand me. Then, upon check-in, a butler simply swiped his card and entered. My wife and I genuinely didn't hear him knock. Offering fruit is a kind gesture, but this was genuinely unsettling. Also, regarding the projector, it was supposed to be set up by you, but we couldn't get it working, and then your butler couldn't either. They told us to put the projector on the bed to watch it. I asked, how do I do that? I finally had to search for tutorials online to get it working. Finally, the hot spring experience was the same. I had to ask the butler before they told me it was okay, and by the time we went down, everyone else had already finished and was about to leave… Also, in front of us guests, everyone was gossiping about other guests, even swearing. What kind of behavior is that? Your service is truly baffling. Don't let the environment be ruined by your service. When I first arrived, I said I would come again, but now I definitely don't dare to come back."
