"Conveniently located in the city. Going to scenic places using taxi is fast and easy. The hotel has many facilities; swimming pool & gym for working out. Lots of restaurants nearby if you don't want to travel far."

"After returning from Meizhou Island, we saw Shangri-La recommended on Ctrip and made a beeline for it. The lobby decor, as always, exuded the classic Shangri-La style. The concierge service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was plentiful, though I wasn't quite accustomed to the taste of Yan Jiao (a type of wonton made with pork skin, if I recall correctly). The ancient bridge right next door was also a picturesque sight. A special mention goes to Tina, who was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She gave us fantastic recommendations for local dining and attractions. When arranging our room, she noticed we had children and thoughtfully sent up kids' slippers and toothbrushes. The welcome fruit was also pre-arranged, featuring a large, fresh bunch of grapes and two wonderfully juicy and tender pears. Her service was truly attentive and personalized. We were only passing through Putian on our way back from Meizhou Island this time, but we unexpectedly discovered that Putian is definitely worth revisiting! Next time, we'll plan a dedicated trip here and will absolutely stay at the Shangri-La again. We really hope to see Tina again then! 😘😘"

"The room is very comfortable and clean, and the hygiene is very positive every day. The service is very good, the front desk and the boss who drinks tea next to you will chat with you and provide information. The shuttle service to and from the island pier: very convenient, the master is very good. The picture and the house actually match. The boss and staff are very good, the people are very simple, there will be no sales. Many places will tell you how to go, the battery car will also tell you where to rent a car, the location of the homestay is very good, the traffic, and the photo check-in are very convenient, the whole journey is great."

"The room was great, definitely up to Holiday Inn standards. The view was fantastic, overlooking a beautiful wetland park. The facilities were excellent, with a charging station right at the entrance. The service attitude was absolutely top-notch, full marks for that! Full marks! 1. There was fresh fruit in the room, and the Putian pomelo was wonderfully sweet and refreshing. 2. They kindly helped me heat up the duck head I brought from Quzhou and even provided new bowls. 3. I left my iPad behind, and they were very responsive and helped me mail it back promptly."

"The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a gym and laundry facilities, and the breakfast selection was plentiful. The biggest plus is its excellent location, just a few hundred meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travel. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of the Wanda commercial district, with a shopping plaza and food street just downstairs. Guanghua Temple is only 500 meters away, and it's super convenient to get to Phoenix Mountain Park and Xinghuafu Cultural Street. The train station is about a 20-minute taxi ride away, making it a one-stop destination for all your travel needs. The minimalist modern Chinese-style decor is incredibly stylish, and the Bamboo Residence Bookstore in the lobby is particularly elegant. It's open 24 hours a day and offers free book borrowing and one-way book returns, allowing you to enjoy quiet reading time during your travels."

"Great location! It's a short walk to the Xinghua Mansion Historical Block, and there are plenty of snack shops downstairs. The room was quiet; even on the 16th floor, we didn't experience any noise from the room or the hallway. The three of us slept very comfortably. The air conditioning was super cold, we turned it off before bed and still didn't feel hot."

"I came here ahead of time to scout the area for a marathon. This hotel is absolutely perfect for running training during the autumn cool-down! The room is well-insulated, so it's not cold when you come back from a run; the temperature is just right. The hotel has 24-hour hot water, and there are schools and parks nearby, making it ideal for both training and rest – super suitable for runners! If you do feel cold, you can also head upstairs to the gym for strength training, which has a very comprehensive range of equipment, so you don't have to worry about not getting a proper workout. The pool is also very large, but swimming at this time of year requires a bit of courage. It was a bit cold when I first got in after showering, perhaps because of the strong wind on the 6th floor. If the sun were out, swimming would probably be very comfortable. The front desk staff, knowing I was scouting the location, informed housekeeping to send extra water to my room, and I'm very grateful for their thoughtful service. I heard this hotel will be a partner hotel for the marathon, and I'm looking forward to staying here again next time."

"When we arrived at the hotel, the staff took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. The lady at the front desk was very nice and arranged a quiet room. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Great breakfast. Not far from Wanda. Overall good value for money and a pleasant stay."
