"The nicest hotel we have stayed in during our 4 week trip in China! The Hilton was a very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a great bed and shower. The breakfast buffet is very extensive with Chinese and Western choices. We are at the Coal Bar one night and the pizza and beer was reasonably priced and the pizza was large and quite tasty. The location is good!"

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, even recommending some great local places to eat. A bellhop helped us with our luggage, which was a huge help for us girls! Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including local specialty sweet tea and butter tea. Highly recommend!"

Thank you! Secondly, I have to criticize the hotel's room facilities. The air conditioning was broken. It was always 34 degrees Celsius, and I almost fainted in the middle of the night. The oxygen supply only worked until 3 a.m. I called the waiter in the middle of the night to send a fan, but it was still stuffy. Then they told me they would charge for the oxygen machine, even though it wasn't needed when I ordered it online. Even though it was delivered, I still felt uncomfortable. My room cost around 1,000, which was too expensive and not worth it! Also, the breakfast was terrible and the quality was just average! I hope it will be improved! The hotel has a strong ******* style and I love it. I hope the service and quality will improve!"

My friend who was traveling with me had some altitude sickness, so the front desk offered a complimentary hour-long hyperbaric oxygen chamber experience, which significantly alleviated their symptoms. The hotel's service was also attentive. The front desk proactively reminded me how to use the oxygen switch, and the room even provided a humidifier for added comfort. Every detail was thoughtful. If you're traveling to the plateau and want a comfortable stay with stunning views, this hotel is definitely your top choice!
