We complained to Ctrip and waited in the lobby for almost three hours before finally getting an upgrade to a superior standard room on the third floor. Because of the high altitude, we had planned to rest early, but the afternoon was wasted. The front desk service wasn't very good either, and the hotel's oxygen was extra. The hotel wasn't good value for money. The breakfast was terrible. How could ******* people treat Han Chinese like this? This was one of the worst hotel experiences we had on our trip to Tibet. We hope the hotel will seriously improve and not disappoint its customers. I do not recommend this hotel.
