"The entire stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel felt like it was built to five-star standards in terms of facilities and operations. Many details were well done, such as providing toilet seat covers. The view of snow-capped mountains from the door was a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, the oxygen supply was truly abundant; during my nearly 10-day trip in Tibet, this was the hotel with the most adequate oxygen supply. If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be to extend the oxygen supply time. The automatic shut-off after 8 hours is unreasonable; I recommend extending it to at least 9 hours to ensure I didn't experience oxygen deprivation while sleeping for more than 8 hours."

"Well what can I say.. Full stars for our stay at Hilton Shigatse. Service was excellent, location was great, room was awesome.. I’m starting to run out of words to praise this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as great as possible. The reception manager ShiYi, made us felt like we were VIP members! Very thoughtful and caring. And one of the concierge (I didn’t get the gentleman’s name) ran all the way to the cafe around the corner to pick up our food delivery as it got delivered to the wrong place.
Thank you for such a pleasant stay at such an amazing hotel! Would definitely recommend!"

"The overall experience is very satisfactory! The check-in efficiency at the front desk is super high, and the staff is warm and caring. The security guard took the initiative to help with luggage and lead the way intimately. The service was particularly thoughtful. The room is well lit and ventilated, the facilities are complete and intact, the hotel's oxygen supply is particularly powerful, effectively alleviating the discomfort of the plateau, and there is no need to worry about high reaction. "I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Home Inn Select Hotel and highly recommend it! The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and complete surrounding amenities. The lobby is clean and elegant, with a simple yet sophisticated design. "I have stayed here several times and this time I had an unexpected experience. The summary is as follows!
1. The online order was for a good breakfast, but when I got to the hotel, they said there was no breakfast during the Chinese New Year.
2 The air conditioner in the room was on all night but the temperature kept dropping. It wasn't warm at all after being on all night.
3. There is no hot water in the washbasin. You can only use water boiled in a kettle to wash.
4 A double room with two pillows, one with several holes in it and the other one not cleaned at all!"

"Highly recommend! This is the best among the top-rated hotels I've stayed at twice in Shigatse. The room is spacious and clean, the front desk service is excellent, and the breakfast is especially delicious with a great variety of dishes. Initially, because it was the off-season, the front desk offered room service, but as more guests checked in, it switched to a buffet. The welcome fruit was also very fresh. I'm honestly curious why this place doesn't have a higher rating; it should be the best in Shigatse. Seriously, I really, really recommend it. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel room, so here are two photos from my trip, just to show I'm not a robot."

The front desk was very patient when I called to book, answering all my questions in detail. 2. They gave us a free room upgrade when we checked in. 3. When we got to the room, there were complimentary snacks, a fruit platter, and lots of drinks. 4. My husband had a cold, and the hotel even brought him ginger tea. 5. The bed was incredibly comfortable. 6. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. 7. When we checked out, they proactively offered us bottled water for our journey. The hotel's male manager is very generous, and the female front desk supervisor is very beautiful."

Oooo._.0oo0Love the overall vibe of this place (I upgraded my room to Mountain View later on and it’s so good). There is also some sound-proof mechanism in the room and I was able to sleep so well ! (much better than when I was in Lhasa despite the increase in altitude). I was able to have great sleep and naps that prepped me very well for the day’s exploration and hiking.

Now I know when I visit here again, there is a very comfortable place to stay (am planning to invite friends from Singapore over next year ::) Huge kudos to Mr Doje for bringing this place into existence in the Himalayas and organizing stargazing event every night. The night sky. What a wonder. I’m grateful to be here.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, even recommending some great local places to eat. A bellhop helped us with our luggage, which was a huge help for us girls! Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including local specialty sweet tea and butter tea. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to National Highway 318, with ample space in front and comfortable parking. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and even though we prefer lighter flavors, we still enjoyed delicious food. The humidifier automatically turned on as soon as we entered the room, ensuring a consistently fresh and oxygen-rich environment throughout the night. All the amenities are top-notch, and the surfaces feel smooth and comfortable to use.

The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, reliable hot water, and excellent soundproofing. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, check-in was quick and easy, and they paid attention to every detail. Overall, it's excellent value for money, a top choice for business trips and travel, highly recommended!

Cleanliness: Extremely clean, which made for a very comfortable stay.
Environment: Great location, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient transportation.
Service: Absolutely five-star, even though it's a small town, the service was exceptional. The hotel called in the morning to confirm our itinerary, added us on WeChat to answer questions, helped us arrange transportation to the scenic area upon check-in, and we found fruit in our room with the floor heating already on and oxygen turned on. When they learned we'd be heading to Gawula Pass for sunrise and would miss breakfast, they proactively refunded the breakfast fee and even prepared two packed meals for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourselves!

I have to give a huge thumbs up to the Gyirong Chomo Langzong Hotel! I didn't have high expectations for a high-altitude stay, but I was blown away the moment I walked in—a rich ******* style blended with modern design. The lobby was filled with a faint scent of ******* incense, instantly soothing the fatigue from the bumpy ride.
· Before I could even speak as I got off the car, a young man with a super-smiling smile came trotting over to take my luggage (I later learned it was Xiao Rui!)
· They proactively upgraded our room upon check-in, and upon entering the room, we were served hot soy milk and fruit.
· The recommended, non-influenced viewpoint was absolutely amazing! I captured the full view of Jinshan Mountain in the sun!
I'll definitely be booking this hotel next time I'm in Tibet!

GGuest UserThe service is great. Saga, a plateau town, makes me feel like I'm back in Fujian. It's lively. I didn't have any altitude sickness on the way up. I relaxed my vigilance and woke up in the middle of the night with a splitting headache. Brothers, altitude sickness at 4,500 meters is no joke. You should be well prepared when taking the 219 Xinjiang-Tibet Line. You will go to Gang Rinpoche, Shiquanhe, Ritu, Duoma Township, Pamir Plateau, Hongtu, Qitai, and all the way to over 4,000 meters. Take it easy.
